Overall hotel experience is good except that the hotel don’t have enough of parking lot for loading and unloading of luggage. We had a bad experience when we arrived and park at the parking lot near hotel front. The taxi driver keep screaming at us to move out despite we are trying to unload our luggage as fast as we can. We realised how rude & impatience can taxi drivers in Germany can be!!!!

Nice place. Your typical business conference center type hotel. Good selection of restaurants on the property. Sushi place was good and reasonably priced. Beware of the parking costs if you have a car, the public garage below is $37 Euro/day.

Very good service”
The room I got was close to the swimming pool. Very nice located on the 8th floor. Unfortunately during the night there was a repeating loud banging noise, somewhere outside. Probably due to hard wind. I immediately got another room on the other side of the building, after mentioning the noise at the reception. Very good service!!

We were disappointed that the pool and spa facilities weren’t open as that was the main reason we chose that hotel. They were doing repair work on the pool but we weren’t informed. That was my reason for 3 stars for facilities. The hotel said we should have got an email but I checked and we didn’t. Apart from that the hotel is lovely and staff were very nice. We would definitely return and next time enjoy the pool etc. We loved the fact they had a little room where you could get tea/coffee/water free day and night. Also the hotel found out it was my birthday and sent a lovely birthday card and birthday cake to our room. It was a really nice gesture. I love my heat and the room was very cozy and easy to control the heat. Shower was amazing 🤩 View from our room on the 3rd floor was also amazing. The hotel was really quiet and rooms are sound proofed so there was no outside noise.

The hotel located in a the centre of Frankfurt which is very convenient to commute to the major tourist places in Frankfurt downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too,

My stay is great but could be improved”
I love my room which has a nice view of the lake. It’s very spacious and perfect for a working traveler because it has a work desk. The hotel is close to a mall which is super handy. It’s c. 30 minutes away from town via walking. I forgot to bring a plug adaptor and the staff were very helpful to me, unfortunately, they don’t have an adaptor for my plugs so I needed to buy it from a convenience shop c. 20 minutes away from the hotel because it was already 8pm (the mall is already closed). Things I didn’t like: 1. Facilities: I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool, sauna and gym which were unfortunately closed during my whole stay. There was no notice during booking the hotel or even after booking it. The staff didn’t even mention it when I was checking in. Better ask them if it’s one of the reasons you’re booking this hotel. 2. There’s a €6 service delivery fee when you order from their restaurant. If you don’t want to pay that, you need to collect it from reception. On my last night, I ordered pasta bolognese which is €10, paid €16 in total. I requested for bread and butter - the person I spoke to confirmed it but never came with my pasta. 3. They don’t give you complimentary water everyday. Only on the first day.

Great location, could improve on cleaning”
Walking distance to bars & restaurants in cool areas such as Bockenheim and Westend but also the city centre. U bahn within 3 minutes. Skyline plaza for some quick food or shopping. One of the best locations you could wish for in FFM. The cleaning service is somewhat erratic - you never know what you get. If you want clean bedlinen, there's no way to ask for it. Restocking of the minibar (e.g. coffee, tea, wine glasses and coffee cups) was also a constant challenge. Minor things, because in general the staff is quite helpful and easy to deal with, but a point of improvement in my opinion.

Hotel facilities were great, but I was in town for FBF which was essentially right next door. I'd say that if that was the deciding factor and if (a) I weren't attending the FBF or (b) I was interested in looking around the city, this wouldn't be the hotel for me.

Fantastic location if you are attending the fair. However rooms are super old and not comfortable. Worst is the WiFi, seems like we are on 28.8K modem, impossible to download some emails with attachments

Nothing special.... Bit basic, but it was during Covid so perhaps that was the reason. Housekeeping staff was nice, and accommodating, but front desk a bit hard to deal with. Mall nearby, so food was fairly easy to get, otherwise it was not really very central to anything.
