Hotel is connected to the main tokyo station via underground passage. Clear signage shows easy directions to reach hotel. Ig you get confused with directions in basement, just come out to the main entrance of the station and the hotel will be visible on the right across the road. There train station has a lot to offer in terms of food and shopping. There is kitchen street, ramen street and character street to name a few interesting areas within the station basement (underground) In summer tokyo gets very hot and humid. Basement shops and shopping is best to stay cool and comforted. Hotel offers limited buffet choices especially if you are staying a few days, you might not enjoy the same limited menu every morning. We experienced termors during our stay ad there was an earthquake in the northers side of Japan. The hotel is safe and built to withstand earthquakes we were informed. Cleanliness was good. Hotel employees, kind and pleasant all through the 4 days we stayed there.

Lovely and convenient ”
The Maronouchi Hotel was lovely. We stayed there for 4 nights. It’s very conveniently located across from Tokyo Station and within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and the Ginza. The hotel is beautifully appointed.and very tranquil. The staff are gracious. The hotel room was very comfortable with nice amenities; the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

Great service and fabulous view over classic Tokyo Train Station ”
The staff are so friendly and helpful. The lady staff helped me get a taxi by accompanying me all the way until I got on the taxi. The room is superior with fabulous view and comfortable bed. I am used to having neck pain and the pillow and bed are great and high quality overall.

Business hotel located short walk from Tokyo station ”
This was our first visit to Japan and we arrived very tired. This was the perfect hotel to start the holiday. Although accessed easily from a subway tunnel from Tokyo station, it didn’t feel like a railway hotel. It’s in a very nice area close to the palace. Easy to walk around. Large room, excellent facilities & staff superb breakfast. Would recommend!

Great hotel and Staff! Great location leading directly to Tokyo station. We had requested them for a taxi and their front desk person Otake was super helpful! Staff was great, overall a pleasant experience! The only damper was the buffet as it did not have the choices but the location is so great one can have breakfast elsewhere! I rate this hotel highly!

We stayed here for one night in order to catch an early shikansen to go to Nagano. The location of the hotel is perfect for those on business or those who will need to catch the Shinkansen. It really saved us so much stress, all we did was walked across the street and to our Shinkansen platform. The kids loved looking down into the Stn train tracks. The staffs are absolutely great. Professional, yet friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel with convieneint connecting underground shops and restaurants that lead to the stn and other buildings. We would give it a perfect score if we were traveling as a couple. The only thing was we were originally given a King size bed room, despite the fact that I searched for 2 adult and 2 five year old children on the search engine.Perhaps it’s a Japan custom, but I really couldn’t fathom how it would work for the four of us on one bed! The staff helped us switch to a double twin room that was slightly better. But it was a squishy night of sleep.

Near to train station ”
It’s a short walk to the train station so it’s real easy to drag your bags over, don’t need to cab. Hotel is fantastic, all the works of a luxury hotel. We also transferred 1 luggage bag to another hotel near Disneyland because we were taking a few days out sightseeing and the concierge was so kind to help us organise it w my prep-purchased coupon. Fantastic service! Recommend!

Excellent Hotel”
The hotel is immaculate and physically connected to both Tokyo Station and the Kitte Shopping Center. The proximity to Tokyo's superb train and subway system opens all of Tokyo and Japan, for that matter, to the traveler. The hotels restaurants are good, but expensive, but of course Tokyo Station offers many excellent choices.

Excellent location & service. Spotless”
Fantastic service, great location, v near JR line in Tokyo Station & to malls. Spotlessly clean with big bath and comfortable sized room with seating area. Only thing is the business centre is unmanned and they had a small charge for use which was a bit stressful as on signing in, the last user used Japanese & time was ticking. My suggestion is approach staff to go with you to help you initially. Otherwise, will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel!”
Marunouchi hotel is located opposite the Tokyo Station. The hotel basement is connected to the underground North exit of the station, and great access to the Yamanote line and Marunouchi line. We had a wonderful 3 days stay in a twin bed room. Hotel staff are polite, helpful and proficient in English. Was very impressed with the amount of details that the hotel management and staff have looked into to ensure that the room is equipped with everything that a traveller would require. Marunouchi hotel will no doubt be our first choice if we ever visit Tokyo again.

If you are looking for a layover spot by the train station, this is a great spot. (Also, if you are a train buff, there are some excellent views of the Tokyo station.) I would avoid the French restaurant - very overprice with terrible selection. Very good Kobe beef place, however.

Perfect locale and good facilities”
We had what they call small double rooms and we found the spacious with enough room to open suitcase etc. Just remember you can enter the hotel direct from the underpass (north exit).

Exellent service, nice rooms”
We had reserved 2 corner twins for one night. The beds are actually larger than a U.S. twin. The rooms had a great view of the historic train station and the service was great. We were able to check in early in one room and were granted a late check out for both rooms. The breakfast on the terrace was very good. Would recommend.

The hotel is in middle of everything, restaurants, shopping etc... staffs are very helpful with excellent service. The hotel is next to Tokyo Station so either train or limousine bus can take you from Narita airport. With Limosine bus, it can drop you right in front of hotel. I will stay there again next time.

Measures for improvement were quick”
After posting a letter about the staff who had a little problem with customer service, the person in charge immediately apologized on the same day. And he promised to improve the problem. The location where you can look down on Tokyo Station with a dignified but magnificent appearance is the best.

Pricey but worth it”
Second time we stayed here as it’s just so central for an early Shinkansen connection. Only here for 11 hours, very comfy beds and our rooms were on the 17th floor this time and a great size. Wonderful breakfast too in our package, BOTH buffet and an alacarte item.
