Clean & new, 10-min walk away from airport!”
There is a hotel shuttle tgat runs half-hourly at both Terminal 1 & 2.. We missed the bus & did not want to wait for 30 min, hence we took a 10-min walk from Terminal 2. Check-in was fast & easy. The room we got was very clean, new and comfortable. There is a nice cafe at the lobby. Highly recommend this airport hotel for layovers in Frankfurt.

Good choice for transit travels”
Must take the train at the airport to reach to the hotel as it is not that close to Frankfurt Airport. 5 mins walk from train station. If all windows are closed, you won't hear the noise from the flying planes, good.

Good, but disappointments”
Only one English-speaking TV channel [news only; no light entertainment] in an airport hotel which caters only for - likely - foreign tourists. In this day and age disappointing as all one wants to do is relax and sleep before a possible long haul flight, like ours to Australia. Expected an iron maybe small fridge. Cannot believe there were no glasses in the bathroom for water consumption or cleaning teeth. Ergonomically dangerous shower cubicle, but very clean bathroom. Menu limited to soup, Flammkuchen, Frankfurter and small other items. Unbelievably NO Frankfurts in Frankfurt on offer! Steep prices in alcohol also. They advertise food is available throughout the day; reception said 16:00, bar staff said 16:30. We went elsewhere to eat; more on offer and cheaper. Recommend this hotel solely for its fair pricing, good location with excellent shuttle service, its cleanliness and quiet room. Nothing else. Ugly surroundings and staff with the usual disinterested attitude.

I was travelling with a big luggage, so I had left my luggage in the airport.

Staff are rude”
Staff there are not friendly at all, they are rude! They are not even sure of what they are telling, we booked the shuttle pick up at 3:50am so we expected it but we ended up having a taxi because the earliest pick up of shuttle is 4:50!!!

Just don't do it! ”
Very very basic room, not clean, not sufficiently stocked. Beds aren't comfy, towels supplied are hand towels, shuttle bus doesn't run on time and no information about it. I'd rather pay double and stay somewhere close by next time.

I thought I booked a double bed room and then it turned out it’s the six beds shared room, not sure how did it happened, so when I asked to upgrade to private normal room it turned out the price you could choose to go next door holiday inn or Moxy…if the same price I would choose other hotels. Make sure you book the right type of room you want.

Rooms are very basic but clean. Had I known the hotel doesn't offer room service, I would have probably booked somewhere else. I was travelling on my own with my 2 young children so room service would have made my life easier

Great hotel nearby Frankfurt main airport ”
Convenient to move around town as Underground is within 10 mins walk. Airport transfer is chargeable on the way to airport but free from airport to hotel.

Near to Frankfurt Airport”
It’s actually walkable to the airport..If you are planning to use the public transportation, don’t worry if you are bringing bigger luggage since this hotel is just a stone throw away from the train station
