Our family of 4 slept comfortably; location is near the tram and accessible to various attraction in Vienna. For a small fee, you can have late check out. There is also a common kitchen where you can prepare and cook meals. Will definitely stay again.

I traveled solo in Vienna. My roommates changed often. They were all very nice. A couple staying in my room were nice too but their beds were pushed together like a double bed and it was weird. They should have got a private room. Location wasn’t good. 10 min to every station and not in the center so walking is not an option. Nice, big lobby and helping staff. Very clean and comfy

There is a guest kitchen which has disappeared in accommodations in the world. The staff in lounge are kind. The furniture is new and clean.

Location was a bit weird (you'll have to walk through dark alleys) but overall a satisfying stay.

They forgot to keep towels, Water in the bathroom had chocked, room was stinking. No air conditioning. I don’t recommend for a family with kids. Bathroom was suffocating.

Clean, nice staff, cheap, 10mins away from metro, near the river, everything is good! beside the pillow is too soft haha. Anyway recommend~

The lassies on reception are exceptional. The rooms large and very comfortable, beds excellent, even as a bar...what more could you want?

Staff are very friendly and co-operative no doubt about it. Although my room allocation smell cigarette, when inform the reception staff immediately went up and open the window. He also came down and immediately offered another room as well as waived breakfast charges. I was bit surprised . I took the second offer. Well done.

Short walk along the river to a tube stop. Supermarket just down the road. Rooms clean. Bed comfy. There's a communal fridge if you want to save money on meals. Staff great. All speak English very well.

Good location walking distance to hop on hop off bus stop...excellent staff friendly and informative..very comfortable and clean rooms.
