The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the train that runs to the airport. ”
Although it took some adjusting to the funky attic ceilings of the room, we enjoyed our stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff was helpful and professional. The room was clean and warm. Public transportation is easily assessable.

The distance from Wien Mitte Mall not as easy and as near as the map described. As the hotel reception quite hidden and quite tough to drag our heavy suitcases through those stone path way,. On the first day we arrived we had room with one of the bed really almost attached to the bathroom, door, next one there were some kind of bugs flying around in the room, I catched 3 of them and when I moved to the new room, I had problem with the basin. On the last day I had late check out until 1pm as not possible until 2pm since the hotel will have another guests in group was coming. With all those matter, I would like to thank you the staff who tried gave me another option for another room on the next day and arranged for the late check out.

If you are carrying a huge luggage, the path from main road lead to the hotel main entrance is killing. But overall it is a nice hotel.

I had a great stay here. The rooms were large and comfy. The staff were very helpfull. There was internet (not wi-fi) in the rooms and free wi-fi in the reception. Well positioned only 5 mins walk from the central station

Walking distance from the historical center,in the middle of lively real austrian neighborhood. Walking distance from the CAT, the direct link to the airport. So really nice to stay here in an hotel along a small alley, beautifully restored. A real pleasure!

Decent hotel in good location”
Stayed here for one night before leaving Vienna. The location is one of the best for connecting to the airport in Vienna. Our room is spacious with a bath room and a seperate toilet room. However, there is no wifi in the room. It's only available in the lobby area.

The Hotel is very big and comfortable, the room was many thing in the room was not in order. The cleaning was not sufficient. I miss a pool

Centrally located hotel”
We arrived for a couple of days stay in Vienna at this hotel. 4 stars, I was expecting some more comfort. The lobby was very representative, however, the rooms and hallways need some renovation in my opinion. Carpets seemed from the 70s, the rooms were pretty small. The bathroom was alright. Parking cost 15 Euro extra. Upsides were the cleaning staff which was excellent, as well the receptionists who provided us with umbrellas during a rainy day. Much appreciated!

room is nice and service is very good. price is reasonable. though restaurant seems very famous, i did not try as there were a lots of choice within walking distance. 10 mins walk to st stephen plaza. free internet connection.

Ok Hotel”
This is an ordinary run of the mill hotel, nothing special and not a lot wrong with it. It's not in too bad a location 15 mins from the Airport by car and 15 mins walk from the main tourist attractions of Vienna. The entrance is up a cobbled alley way so with luggage this can be a bit of a problem. Rooms are small but warm and functional. They turned the Internet and TV off around 6am on the day of our departure which was a problem and took them 30 mins to work out how to turn it back on.
