Not welcoming staff”
Staff was rude at reception, didn't like their welcoming to hotel but hotel itself was fine and clean. Big and nice room. Location was okay, close to tram stations.

Facilities”
Nice , clean and friendly hotel. Just one little thing. I spent 2 nights and I used the tea provided in the room the first night and it was not replaced. Other than that everything was fine .

Good hotel for short stay”
The hotel has restaurants nearby which is pretty convenient. but parking is not so convenient as we had to park at ibis hotel (furthet down) which is 16 euros a day. if they had their own carpark or offered free parking in front of the hotel will be even better.

Very good hotel near the West railway station”
hotel is very good, clean and has good location near the west railway station (we visited also budapest - 3 hours by train). free wi-fi.

Good location”
hotel is near westbahnhof, underground, bus station and main road, location is good, easy to go everywhere. room is clean, comfortable and large. the room price was expensive because without breakfast. and if you want to eat breakfast, you have to pay €12, very expensive. the staffs were ok during i staying, but, i can't feel their warm, kindly and more.

Room is clean and comfortable for me, not small. Location is ok, easy to go everywhere by walk or underground and bus. Staffs are ok, but, I can't feel very friendly, maybe say they were cool, few smile to visitors. During I staying, the room price was a little higher, breakfast was not included. Internet(WiFi) in room was ok, I can use it easily, no problem.

Great location but small room”
we really change the room to suite because we were three person and the room was small for us and even the view was not nice but the suite view was on the main street and it was really nice where you can see the theater from the terras

Basic hotel near Metro station / Westbahnhof”
the hotel room was basic and comfortable. the free internet connection was very erratic. the best selling point is the location: short walk from metro station and very near westbahnhof train station.

Quiet hotel in the centre of Vienna”
Staff was a bit "to friendly" with to many personal remarks. Dirty carpet in the room - not very pleasant :(

Hotel Golden Tulip Vienna to be recommended”
Vienna is an expensive city. However, a hotel like The Golden Tulip is a very good option for a short but also a longer stay in Austria's capital. The hotel's standards are very high for the offered price with very friendly personel. The surroundings of the hotel provide various restaurants. In 5 minutes walking distance you reach the Westbahnhof, the main railway station of Vienna to the west and therefore this hotel is ideal for business travellers coming from other parts of Austria, Germany and Switzerland by trains. The connection to the public traffic is superb but one even can reach the city centre of Vienna (Stefansdom) in a 30 minutes easy walk.I stay in this hotel whenever I can and can recommend it warmly to everyone who comes to Vienna.

Perfekt”
Wir waren das 1. Mal in Wien und leider auch nur auf der Durchreise; also für nur wenige Stunden. Das Hotel liegt so perfekt, dass wir dennoch die Gelegenheit hatten einige Sehenswürdigkeiten zu begucken: Hofburg; Parlament, Rathaus, Weihnachtsmarkt, Votivkirche, Stephansdom sowie den Prater incl. einer Fahrt mit dem Riesenrad.

Hotel foarte bine amplasat aproape de centru cu acces rapid la mijloace de transport, atat metrou cat si autobuze. (metrou linia 6 Gumpendorfer Strase la 5min distanta, autobuz 53, si metrou linia 1 pe Mariahilfe Strasse cu acces catre centru statii Neubaugasse sau Ziglergasse). Pozitie buna pentru doritori de cumparaturi(foarte aproape de zona de shopping Mariahilfe Strasse. Camere sunt spatioase,curate. Exista posibilitati de parcare auto propriu in apropierea hotelului.

遅いチェックインでしたが、快く対応してくれました。”
遅いチェックインで、朝食付きのプランでは無かったのですが、朝食の追加にも快く対応してくれました。 また、西ウィーン駅から近いので市内の移動にも便利です。 周辺は住宅街なので、騒音に悩まされる事もなく寛げます。 値段は少々高いですが、朝食のパンとソーセージは美味しかったです。

駅から割と近く清潔なホテル”
ウェストバーンホフという駅から徒歩10分弱くらいの所にあり、観光スポットにはとても行きやすく便利でした。ホテルを探すのに少し迷いましたが、なんとかたどりつきました。ホテルの外に出てる看板と名前が違うので見落としてしまうかも。お部屋は６階の禁煙室の部屋で３人で泊まりました。部屋は清潔でそんなに狭くなかったのですが、液体ソープ以外何もおいてませんでした。朝食は最初つけてなかったのですが、当日でも大丈夫ということで１日、１人１２ユーロで朝食を食べましたが、値段の割には内容も充実していて美味しかったです。駅に行く途中に朝食を食べれるところが沢山あるので私たちもベーカリーで朝食を食べました。ヨーグルトやサラダとかも置いててパンの種類もかなりありました。
