Comfortable stay”
Quite a distance from the central train station. The hotel is a little old but have a very clean room and bathroom. The staffs a friendly and polite.

Nice hotel not far from the tourist area”
Room was not too small with a comfortable bed and with air con. Hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk to the tourist areas. Nothing special but nothing wrong with the place either if you require a comfortable bed in a clean room. The staff were very helpful.

Hotel soap smells really good. The hotel looks old, no room slipper provided and you need to go down to reception to get it. Additional €18/pax for breakfast, the breakfast is standard hotel buffet plus you can make your own pancake. Great location as it is very close to train station and walking distance to city center.

Poorly Maintained Hotel”
It’s central but the hotel is very poorly maintained the bathroom sinks, commode, bathtub has scratch marks. The AC made a noise if helicopter not a place I will recommend to stay.

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and were told that the room wasn't ready and were told to come back at 3pm. We came back at 4.30pm, got the keys, went up to the room and the housekeeping was still there. Go downstairs, got another room, all fine, had a shower, went for a nap. My husband thought someone came into the room but he wasn't sure, he went downstairs and turns out someone had. We weren't sure if it was other guests or staff. The receptionist was very apologetic and nice and gave us some vouchers for the inconvenience. We went to use the vouchers in the hotel bar, asked for cocktails however the bartender said we can only have beer or wine. So we went back to reception they said it was fine to have cocktails so back we go to the bar and I asked for a pinacolada, the bartender smirked but made it. My husband then asked for a gin and tonic, another smirk and a huff. At that point we left. He was so extremely rude. To top it all off they charged the 'holding' deposit.

My wife and I stayed two nights here the location is about 15minutes walk from attractions and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The Staff are friendly but this hotel is no frills and I kind of wished I'd stayed elsewhere as it was a bit disappointing

Хочется поблагодарить руководство и всех сотрудников отеля, которые так или иначе связаны с созданием комфортного проживания в отеле. Подробное ознакомление с удобствами отеля при заселении сразу создает приятное впечатление! Удобное месторасположение отеля от исторического центра- минут 10 пешком, чистые и тихие номера, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Отель очень понравился. Рекомендую отель для семейного отдыха!

Solides 4-Sterne Hotel”
Hotel mit Allem für 4-Sterne. Lage fußläufig zum Zentrum. Toilettensitz sah man die Chemikalien an, mit denen er gereinigt wurde, es waren sehr wenige Steckdosen im Raum. Trotzdem sehr sauber. Die Minibar könnte auch bei Standardzimmer bestückt sein.

Unfreundliches und unaufmerksames Personal. Bad wurde unzureichend gereinigt, der Boden erst nach 3 Tagen. Sauna trotz Vorbestellung nicht eingeschaltet. Die Teppichböden haben auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, sehr fleckig. Kosmetikartikel und Kaffee wurden nicht nach- bzw. aufgefüllt. Das "warme" Essen beim Frühstück war immer lauwarm bis eher kalt, der größte Teil davon um die Ecke bei Billa eingekauft. Diese Hotel kann ich niemanden empfehlen. 4 Tage inkl. Frühstück knappe 600 € dazu noch 52 € Parkgebühren. Für die gebotene Leistung einfach nur heftig!!!

위치 자체는 걸어다니기 빡센데 버스도 마땅치 않은 곳. 하지만 시설이 깔끔하고 직원이 친절하다.

位置不是特别便利，前台check in 较慢，房间内吹风机是坏的，整体感觉不是特别清洁且价格偏高。
