Kids Corner at Lobby ”
This is the best for the kids, my kids love the kids corner whenever we pass by the lobby they wanted to have at least 5 mins play time. The Onsen also great, the kids enjoy the onsen as well

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. Excellent choice for family especially with young children. Room is clean and spacious. Definitely my choice stay in Tokyo.

Good hotel with spacious room, comfortable beds and clean washroom. Value for money and convenient for family to go Disney as hotel provide free shuttle frequently. Can easily get food from Lawson in the hotel and do last round of shopping at Disney store before check out.. However, didnt manage to go public bath due to operation hour is within certain time only.

good for families going to Disneyland and Disneysea”
The rooms are huge. The sole purpose of staying here is to go Disneyland and Disneysea. The shuttle service is great. There is a limo bus stop to and fro airport too. Tickets to the 2 parks can be bought over the reception counter. However, do eat before returning to hotel as there aren't many food options in the hotel or its vicinity.

Stayed 1 night in april 2019 during our visit to japan.. very near to tokyo disneyland and offered free shuttle bus to disneyland.. rooms were comfortable & affordable.. enjoyed our stay.. the only cons was check in process was a bit slow d/t large groups coming in together with us from disneyland at night..but when our turn finally came, receptionist was very helpful n able to converse with us in english..

Nice value and great hotel for families ”
A partner hotel of the Tokyo Disney parks, so buses travel directly from the hotel to the parks. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. We had a four-bed family room with a separate bath/shower and toilet, which is great for families. The Japanese-style bath on the top floor is great for relaxing after a long day of waiting in lines at amusement parks. The Natural Lawson convenience store in the lobby is great, although during the evenings when the shuttle bus is bringing Disney guests back, the line can have upwards of 30-40 people waiting. The lobby has a kids’ playroom if needed. The hotel offers 30 hours of free parking in the garage, which is a huge advantage over other hotels in the area. Overall, this is a fine hotel that feels like a resort, especially in summer. It’s a great place to visit the Disney parks from if you’re on a budget and still want to be comfortable.

The only annoying part is the air conditioner, it will automatically stop function if the temperature reached your target and it will come back later if temperature start moving up. So we spent hour to check what happen to the air con. Conclusion, you have to adjust the temperature to much lower so it can continue working for whole night and this was really freezing cold for us. Other than that, overall it's a good hotel with great location and attached with 24 hrs convenient store, they provide free shuttle bus to Disneyland too.

Spacious but dated room”
Some may disagree with the location (the Tokyo Disney Resort area near Urayasu), however I found the bang-for-buck great. Room was spacious if a little dated. Shuttle to the train station (and Disney Resorts) and a 20 minute easy ride into Tokyo Station. The hotel is a Disney Partner and appears to cater mainly to Japanese and Chinese guests. Natural Lawson conbini in the Lobby. Public Bath on 7 with separate Womens area. Smallish bath with no grab-rails. Lots of children around so be prepared if you're not used to noise.

I was very impressed with the hotel overall. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Good access to Disneyland and Disneysea. Some good restaurants nearby. The hotel buffet was overpriced and disappointing but on site convenience store was excellent.
