Large and modern room at the back side - very calm! Perfect sleeping for a business trip One thing I did not like: a bill from Singapore!

Good location”
Location is really good and because it is so near to the Central Train Station which is good for travellers. As I got the room on Level 1 which is next to the garden, there seems like guests climb out from their room to start smoking outside and the whole night I was not able to sleep due to the smoke came into my room. Room is clean.

I was surprised that I have checked in with an untidy room. Luckily the receptionist has changed Another room for us. But the bathroom is a bit stinky.

Less hotel more like apartment ”
No phone in room, no tea kettle, no glass to drink, no complementary water, lift smell smoke, reception not available 24/7. Good location for short stay.

Very annoying receptionist. Not a good hospitality at all. Specially the old blonde woman.

In the street outside was full of homeless ice addicts that hang around Kiaserstrass opposite the train station. I’m talking dozens not just one or two. They ask you for money. The noise from the street at night and also inside the hotel means you won’t get a good night sleep. I payed for two nights but left after the first night and went to the Metropolitan on the other side of the station.

For the price paid you can find better hotel nearby. The photos are deceiving. No kettle, cups or even bottled water are provided. I won't even call this a hotel. Quite stuffy and had to open the windows but then had to bear with the noise from outside.

Great Hotel and did their best - But AGODA is a shambles of a company. We always have problems”
The hotel and staff were great, however the only reason we booked this hotel is Agoda confirmed this was a twin room with one single bed and one double bed - we paid an extra £10 compared to other hotels just because of this double bed Agoda confirmed and listed, as my friend has a spine problem we booked this only to be told this isn't what we requested. I could even show the proof that Agoda confirmed this to us before booking but she then showed me the confirmation Agoda sent them and it mentioned nothing about a twin room with a single or double bed !!! Terrible service form Agoda

Worst experience ever”
The pictures are deceiving. Autual decors are poor. Staff are rude and unprofessional. The guy seemed occupied and didn't know he was in a service sector. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was making my stay here very unpleasant (The bald guy with tattoos). Highly recommend reviewing the staff. Poor wifi connection. Very limited facilities. Uneasy to find it. It was just a door on the street with no clear sign which required me to walk around there to locate it. 7.5 euros for breakfast something barely eatable. On the tripadvisor page it says FREE BREAKFAST! The guy didn't inform we had to pay and after eating asked us to pay. 1 extra star for the convenient location near main attractions. THINK TWICE. Not worth the money for a nightmare even it seems cheap but not at all.

The room was just bed and desk and nothing. It was clean because nothing is in the room. The entrance was weird we need to take the elevator to get the lobby. The only good thing was location. It was very close to the main station
