Great place to stay for all family types and the staff are very friendly and attentive with all requests. It was my daughters 15th birthday and while we were out for the day they had the whole room decorated and also set up a cake for her and all. Booked us into their new VIP Italian restaurant for the night it was an awesome experience for her all created by the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone 👌🏾

My only issue no major supermarket near although some little Mimi market shops.which can be limited choice and more expensive.my advice is to go to a major supermarket.Aldi and Lidl across the road from each other about 5 Euro in a taxi get your big shop for the week.although I walked up.taxi back . your taxi money will be repaid no bother.and plenty of choice.... beautiful location and beach .

Fantastic hotel with lots of facilities. Really nice room right near the beach with sea view. Staff had really helpful and friendly attitude. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be booking again !

It is attached to the beach so if you like the beach this is for you. Our apartment was modern and very clean opposite one of the lovely pools. It has a sauna and jacuzzi and lovely areas to soak the sun or lounge around. The reception staff were very professional and helpful.

Very large hotel you need to ask for a ground floor near reception if you have any walking problems. Buffet meals pleased ! Will be back later in year.

Location.About SPA can not say anything all pools sauna were closed. Rooms with french windows and good beds.Breakfast also can not be reviewd.Stuff is helpful. Few ocean view sunbath spots and gardens I like most.Hope come back for more days. Хорошее расположение,удобные кровати, внутри комнат кухня со всеми необходимым для готовки, на территории садики, террасы для загара с видом на океан, персонал хороший, была б рада пожить еще раз.Сауна бассейны не работали, но они есть.

Excellent location, good facilities ”
A property right in front of the beach with water activites which we really enjoyed. Spacious accommodation in inside and outside. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Enjoy dinner at the restaurant or walk up the road for a wider choice of restaurants and cafes and nightlife. Overall a good place to stay.

The room was dated”
The room was big and had a kitchen. However, it was very dated. The bathtub had cracks at the bottom and you can hear it squeak when you stand on it. The curtains needs to be changed as well, it had light coming out from several holes on it. Breakfast was so~so and needs to be improved. There were several choices but the quality was not good. It's just quite unfortunate and a let down because the view from the balcony was spectacular and the beach was just right at the foot of the hotel.

A fantastic spot but room for improvement”
Our rooms had the most fantastic view in the morning which made the stay. The rooms had everything they needed and have had a face lift but feel like they aren’t finished, and the noisy fridge just sat in the room at the side of my head wasn’t great either. Our curtains had holes in, didn’t match the new decor and the old white plastic furniture on the terrace needed a refresh.

Don’t go here if you’re expecting a quiet, relaxing time. ”
My stay here was the second week after Portugal was placed on the green list for travel. So I understand not all facilities were available, but when I enquired about ordering food during the day at the pool bar, twice I was told no food was available, but twice I saw other people (families) having takeaway food delivered to their sun loungers. Maybe it wasn’t worth the effort just one person ordering. My room was a terrace deluxe studio with a hot tub/ whirlpool bath on the balcony area. The room was very basic and only cleaned and towels changed once in my 6 days there. You had to pay for the safe in the room, which I did, but could not get it to work. I went back to reception to tell them this and was told the person who dealt with this had gone home so would come to sort it tomorrow. No one turned up that day or the day after or the one after that. So I had paid for something I couldn’t use. The last very annoying thing was the telephone in the room. I was told to dial 9 for reception. I must have tried to call reception about 5 times every day and the call was never answered. Sometimes I’d leave it ringing for 10 minutes!! Very frustrating when you have very rowdy groups of youngster having parties on their balconies next door and above til 3 or 4am in morning. Nothing was ever done about this, although the rules and regulations in the room asked guests not to do this after 10pm. I even woke on the last morning to someone hosing down the pathways to get rid of blood from fights and whatever had happened in the early hours of the morning. In all the location was ok but the clientele were your typical Brits abroad with no ounce of respect for their surroundings or the other guests staying there. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing work turned out to be the complete opposite. I like the area but just won’t stop here again.

Worst Breakfast in a Four Stars Hotel ”
This is the worst quality of a breakfast in a 4-star hotel worldwide ! Several people strangers to the Hotel, move freely through the areas of the guests, without masks and without any control of entrances !

Poorly managed, would not recommend ”
This hotel is so large with such few staff that the basics get forgotten. Very much feel like a number for them to profit from rather than a guest. My room had a damaged ceiling, crumbling on floor. Nothing done to remedy the issue. Main areas left unclean from night before, broken glass near pool.... Otherwise, great location, close to strip. Wouldn't recommend for families.

What a great location and a great place to spend New Years! I will be back 100%! The buffet breakfast was good, we only did it once though as there's lots of food in Albufeira! Friendly staff, nice updated rooms, and the location and amenities are very good! Again, I dream of this place and my time in Alburfeira!

Very clean and right on the beach. Rooms are small but have a nice updated bathroom and kitchen. There is no indoor pool or other amenities but you can pay to use sister hotel facilities nearby.

Terrible breakfast with powder juice! Old rooms with lots of broken stuff, unhappy and unfriendly staff Stay away, use your buck somewhere else.
