Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean and the location was perfect. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Vienna.

Great Hotel!”
We were greeted and welcomed by the beautiful lady at the reception, anyway, all staffs were very helpful. Its the only hotel in Europe that let us check in before 12noon and that is rare! Room was decent and clean, few walks away from the main train station. We also did our laundry here for €2.5. So overall, it was great.

It’s a good hotel, very close to the main Rail station in Vienna. You can reach the earliest train to Salzburg without hurry. Very accessable to the airport.😁The breakfast was great with really good coffee and bread, freshly made juices and desserts like apple struddels... mmmm yummmie! Thanks

The hotel is conveniently located only a short walk from Vienna’s main railway station (Wien Haupt Bahnhof). The room was clean and a decent size.

Quite austere accommodation with the flair of a student dormitory which it actually is for the rest of the year. But ok for an overnight rest at a reasonable price given the location close to the central train station.

I truly liked my room because it is a small room but spacious with very useful furniture/desks. The staffs were very kind and the hearty breakfasts were great！The night when I had to leave, Anna made a cup of tea for me, really grateful for this beautiful and kind lady! The location is great, just a few minutes' distance to the central train station by walking! I truly had amazing time in Vienna!

The staff is very nice. I got a room with signs of a burglary on the door. The heating does not work cold at night.

Very nice location, quite and easy to access train station. Excellent staff in reception. Especially the lady when we came in the morning. Room we stayed was not big but it serves the purpose.

Amazing place, clean bedrooms, very comfortable beds and most of all the staff are amazing, in particular Agnes and Bator, they were so receptive and helped out in every minute detail, will definitely stay here again

Great value for money. Simple clean and basic. Great central location. Lovely to have access to a fridge in the heat we experienced when we visited. The breakfast was brilliant value for money, but be aware…. When they say breakfast till 10, they expect you to have finished by 10. Most staff were great, friendly and helpful. Helped us with anything we asked for. The whole stay was only let down by one unnecessarily grumpy/rude member of staff. And I mean unnecessarily rude. Male with short dark hair. Would definitely stay here again as was such good value for money, so pleasantly surprised as was worried at what it would be like as was so cheap. Not disappointed at all. Thank you!

Brilliant value”
We travelled as a large family group to visit Vienna on a budget. This literally is a Sommerhotel with the rest of the year (we realise now) a student accommodation. Rooms are functional, loads of storage, a fridge! And comfy beds with en suite. Excellent breakfast presided over by assertive staff, fabulous location and so quiet. If you are out and about in this beautiful city you don’t need anything more. Far exceeded our expectations.
