Excellent value for money in a great location”
The single room was small but comfortable and clean and had everything I needed for my time in London. Breakfast was delicious with good quality fruit, yoghurt and breaks. Thank you!

I've stayed here a number of times and it's centrally located, clean and reasonably priced for London given the standard it offers. It's probably due a refurbishment soon but it's clean, freshly painted and well maintained. The breakfast was a bit surprising this time collected in a breakfast bag at reception. It was adequate but ithe service level should be stated clearly on the booking site. It looks like the kitchen/dining area is being refurbished.

Nice hotel, well located 5 min wall from 2 tubes station. Checked in late night (or should say early morning) after a night flight, got a basement room. Not that it is a bed room, has a window to a "wall view", but one thing problematic, you don't get the WiFi. Asked to move to a higher floor and indeed was moved for the rest of my staying the next day. Hotel, though in an historical building, is fully renovated and modern. Standard tween room I booked turned out to be a very small room but clean, all amneties available, including a kettle and safe. One problem, due to the old building, you can hear people walking or dragging things from the room above you. I booked "including breakfast" which is served in a very small dinning room at basement floor, some hours of the meal it is very crowded and you'll need to wait for a table. The food served is basic, not an "English Breakfast", I loved the freshly baked baguette and croissant. Staff is very freindly and helpful. Around the hotel lo

I return again and again”
I love the hotel - yes I know the rooms are tiny by NorthAmerican standards and the bathrooms a bit poky but it is there, in a very convenient location close to Paddington but more importantly a step away from Bayswater and a million restaurants. The staff are kind and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and it is almost affordable - there is a fine breakfast in the morning with coffee, croissants, cheeses, fruit and more - yes I would recommend it to a friend - I already have.

Rooms are quite small but adequate. Breakfast was good but always a queue for tables. Tables not cleared quick enough. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Loved this hotel. Super nice staff. Breakfast was nice. Location was great, very quiet street. 5-7 minute walk to Bayswater station. Room was clean and spacious enough with two little boys.

The room is spacious, true N America queen size bed. Bed is firm. It is a old building so the floor is making a lot of noise when we walk. Lucky no one above us.

Nice hotel from outside. Paid extra for executive double room. The room was tiny,.Smallest bathroom ive ever been in. If you were a large person you would struggle in this room to wee and shower. The hotel was absolutly boiling, no air conditioning. Fans were a relieve. Breakfast room was difficult to have table for amount of guests eating. Needed a better selection of food. Even if it was continental.

Stay was generally pleasant with helpful staff, breakfast was fresh and good. However photos of room were not accurate (not even close) and there is a descent on the ceiling hence may not be recommended for tall people. Walls were also thin hence you might hear doors opening and people's voices from the corridor. Not recommended if you intend to rest in the room during the day.

Not a 4 star hotel”
Lovely hotel, nice staff but Not 4 stars. It misguided you. I have stayed in several hotels around the area that claim to be 4 stars. This hotel has a room that barely fits a double bed, no side table, can barely fit 1 suitcase, the cupboard is small and bathroom tiny. There are 3 star hotels around that have better facilities. The staff is lovely and it is clean but it showed at 4 stars. Had it shown to be 2 to 3 stars I would have rated it higher.

The hotel is located near several tube stations. The receptionists were professional too.

We checked-in a bit late in the night. But everything was ok. We booked a doubleroom, I swear I havent seen a small room like that. The tiny shower was missing a door or something, water was everywhere! In the otherhand we had a nice balcony with a table. Breakfast was ok, not something special but ok. Big plus was that we could leave our luggage at the reception the whole day.

Good but should be more proactive ”
The hotel provide good breakfast and I think I have the best croissant ever here. The room and toilet is very small. The bath can literally only fit one person (Asian). We stayed two nights and the second night we encountered power failure (only this hotel is affected but the neighbouring properties or area are with electricity). We are unable to take a shower and waited from 11pm till 2am before there is power to generate the pump for the water.
