Můj pokoj neměl výhled na može a myslím že pokoj s výhledem na moře by byl lepší ... hotel je přímo v 1 řadě od moře hned u Ruského kola, mola na kterém jsou pouťové atrakce a hned vedle je i podmořský svět s mnoha rybami.

Excellent stay, all the hotel staff were so helpful and friendly and polite it made our stay there extra special. Fabulous location for the Pier, North and South Lanes and the Pavilion, with the beach being directly opposite the hotel and lots of eateries within walking distance too.

nice location bad room”

the water pressure in the shower room was really slow,cant even take a shower,the bath room was super small. The room is really old. There are doors between the stairs, so it's very hard to take our luggage to our room. But the staffs are quite helpful.

As above pictures show the bedrooms as bright spacious and clean. I was on the third floor the bath was cracked as was the toilet all very tired and in need of tlc. No breakfast which was requested only 2 parking spaces so in top of the extortionate price for 2 nights had to added on. All in all rubbish hotel too pricey for what it is

Thanks Ms Eva and the manager who are very helpful during my mistake in booking this hotel. They are very kind and responded quickly. I book a family room at 3F. Overall, the location is perfect with fresh air and breeze. I did not try their breakfast. I parked the car at public street outside the hotel. Luckily it's not difficult to find a parking place. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are helpful and nice.

The overall evaluation is good. We found really good the location close to the see and the surrounding area is nice. The staff was really helpful and comprehensive when she provide a new room because the first smelt bad. The ground floor is a club during the night which is good to enjoy the night and go back in the room just taking the elevator.

Marathon weekend”

The hotel has narrow staircase and many steps. It appears to have been modified in order to meet Fire and Building Regs by enthusiastic amateurs. However, the staff are very friendly and obliging, the beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are good quality and the location is fantastic.

Excellent place to stay for short or long stay Staff could not be more helpful polite or accommodating they are the best nothing is to much trouble for them . This will be the one and only place I use when I go down to Brighton

Excellent staff polite friendly and professional from the moment i arrived until i checked out. have stayed in few different places in Brighton but this is by far the best not just because of the price. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained. Have already book to stay here for my next visit .
