Very pleasant stay ”
Location of the hotel is great, very close to the shopping district. No problem with early check in, reception staff Stephanie who helped us is very very nice, she even allow a late check out. Room was clean, we had a good rest with the comfy bed and pillows. Highly recommend NH collection hotel if you’re visiting Frankfurt!

Hotel is about 3 - 5 minutes from the metro station as well as the main shopping area (Zeil). Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very convenient. Recommended!

Surprising value with great location”
I don’t know if my €67 rate was a covid exception, but great location in a charming older central part of Frankfurt near parks and a short walk from good museums and bars. Professional, kind staff and well-equipped room. Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay at NH Collection Frankfurt City. It's really in the city center and there some good places to hang out in the evening. One can also go shopping as there are shopping places a stone throw from the hotel. The staff are really nice and quick to response, and the breakfast so on point. I really liked the fried eggs. Anytime I visit Frankfurt, NH is gonna be the place for me. Thumb's up guys.

Excellent hotel but has a few flaws”
Reception staff very friendly, clean room no dirty marks on wall etc, nice big tv. Excellent location....Cons breakfast way overpriced at 29 euro per person better and plenty of options around Main Street.. Drinks in the bar overpriced 9 euro for a glass of wine!!!!!House keeping needs to be looked at we stayed from the Monday to the Friday for New year on fifth floor, Tuesday morning face towels removed never to be replaced for remainder of our stay, Wednesday and Thursday no shampoo or conditioner, asked housekeeping for extra English breakfast tea as didn’t like the fruit tea and I was handed one extra!!!!!! Friday morning had no toilet roll as this wasn’t replaced either!!!! So who ever is in charge of housekeeping needs to have a word with staff......

- Excellent location. Very close to the Zeil street (3-4 mins walk) which is a shopping hub. Lots of good restaurants nearby too - Staff is really co-operative. Recommended good restaurants to me. Even ordered food on my behalf - I was also offered a free breakfast as it was not included in my package. And the breakfast was amazing Would definitely stay here again

Was there for our anniversary and hotel is located at a great spot. Parking was easy with the garage in front of it and discounted parking fee via the hotel is available. Room charges were also very reasonable with good food surrounding it. Was also near a supermarket! Pros: My very first night I had to change rooms because the power sockets were not working and none of them could be used and the hotel phone could not be used. This was after a 16 hours flight so it was disappointing to have to repack and move after an exhausting day. Second day I had to change my room cards after coming back from a day trip and finding I had no access. Internet in the rooms were also consistently bad. The hiccups weren’t big enough to spoil the trip but the anniversary could be a little more perfect. Thank you Frankfurt for the memories!

The room was very clean. Large enough and modern. Nice wellness as well, although we had no time to use it. Next time we will for sure! Checkin by Trainee was not very good. No happiness or nice welcome. Someone should always stand next to a Trainee, in my opinion.
