Right in the doorstep of the airport ”
This hotel was perfect for us for an early flight. Staff were attentive and friendly,the room was spotlessly clean. There were not many people there due to the current situation but everyone was wearing masks and observing the rules. I would definitely stay here again, you couldn’t get any closer to the airport.

Ideal hotel for staying over for early morning flights. Just across the road from departures. Pleasant welcome upon arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bar and restaurant great.

Friendly efficient service despite being very full. Lobby and hallways look a bit tired. (Understand that they are under refurbishment). Room was clean and comfortable but a little on the small side. Would prefer a walk in shower

Nicely located Airport Hotel”
The hotel is pretty much decent.If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport, I would highly recommend Novotel.It's just a 1 to2 minute walk across the Departure area. The room is nice and relaxing..

Don’t book if you’d like to use the gym”
Booked this for the gym , gym has about 3 pieces of equipment, had to go to reception for card for entry but was told it doesn’t open until 8am which was very disappointing as my flight was at 10 and I couldn’t use it

A Novetel doesn’t not meet the standard”
Although the hotel is just right in front of the Birmingham airport, it does not represent what a Novetel needs to be. Very old and dark room, can easily hear noise from next door and upstairs. Shower needs proper upgrade.

Misleading photos”
I have booked the Executive Room with Queen Bed Under the photos both at Agoda and Novotel website Photos under the room type Executive room with Queen Bed all showing there is a 2 seater sofa But staff telling me that information are not correct and on the description no saying there is a 2 seater sofa I cannot accept it Can you accept it ? Misleading and cheating happening in United Kingdom Look is United Kingdom I will not stay Novotel again in my life Fairness and justice very important Photos and description of the room type for people to choose has to be 100 % accuracy If not that is a cheating

Can’t fault it”
Really lovely hotel. Comfortable bed. Really lovely room and shower etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. We did find it at a really good rate though. We can’t normally justify the cost. Having stayed there will more carefully consider it against the alternatives and maybe choose it more often.

Can't be beaten for location. Room was nice and clean. Didn't eat there, just there for an early flight from Birmingham. Easy and fast check in and out.

Location just opposite airport ,hotel is clean,dinner at lobby is good .Good service and nice food.Tv is big enough ,2 toilet seperate one for bathing ,convenient for couple .

Need to make it traveller friendly. Small and dingy room. No water, little touches mean a lot when you’re tired from travelling.

hotel was very near to departure area, and bedroom was very spacious despite the very minimalist decor, bathroom also complete with bathtub. great for resting and relaxing before flights.
