Location near the subway ”
It is near the subway where you can easily get to places worth visiting while in Vienna. Liked that the keycard was made out of wood. The staff were helpful and pleasant. There are nearby asian restaurants that we liked too.

Nice hotel to stay in Vienna”
Definitely recommend this place to give it a try if you're visiting Vienna. Staff are cooperative and humble. Only downside I feel is the breakfast, they don't have options in breakfast.

Great hotel”
Lovely hotel. Well located just minutes from U-Bahn station and river (for evening stroll). Very modern with loads of USB ports in the room and very effective air-con. Only negative was breakfast, which was chaotic and limited choice.

Excellent location ”
The hotel is excellent in location nearby city center and metro stations. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly and smiling. Rooms are clean with good furniture and design. Room amenities are basic no extras and same for bathroom. Breakfast is not that good but you can find something to eat but not to enjoy.

Room was quite wide and clean compare to other hotels in Europe. You can easily use a bike across the river.

Excellent location and facilities”
The Hotel was just 100 mtrs from the underground which we became familiar with later. Took a taxi from the airport about 40 Euros, but could have taken train and tube which would have been cheaper. Good Hotel, if breakfast included its great value.

Great Stay”
The Novotel was a great hotel for our first visit to Vienna. Very close to the metro and a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet neighborhood but you are very close to city center. Nice, spacious rooms.

Staff had attitude issues, when asking what time does the restaurant closes we were told 23.00, Restaurant only had 4 tables occupied, we asked for a table at 20.45 only to be told the place was booked out, so alternative eating place was found, much cheaper, extremely nice returning back to the hotel before closing only to find the place was empty, but staff still there, had 4 nights there and refuse to eat at the hotel

Great place to stay if you want to be near the old town and main tourists attractions. About a kilometer away. Room was comfortable and clean and has a modern, contemporary feel to it. Wifi connection and east access via metro station from main train station.

Small rooms and expensively priced restaurant”
Our room is so small! We had difficulty moving around the room, given that we had one medium sized and one large sized luggage. The restaurant on the first level does not have a wide selection of food. And whatever they served was too expensive for the portion that they were giving. Service at the resto was also not good. Only 2 persons serving for more than 10 tables, not including the bar

Cold and Impersonal”
The staff are professional but definitely lacked that personal touch that would have made quite a difference to our stay. if I am coming back to Vienna I probably will stay elsewhere.
