Very lovely hotel”
The staff were accommodating. They understand and spoke English. The room was unexpectedly big and very clean. There were amenities that were available in the hotel that you can’t find in other hotels with the same price range. There was an iron that you can use, which is very covenient because they also have 100yen washing machines. It’s super close to the nippombashi station just a minute away by foot and the dontonbori street is also close by so looking for a place to eat is no problem. There are also 2 7elevens located close to the hotel and a money exchanger right at the next building. My favorite thing about this hotel is their beautiful natural hot spring. I went to their onsen every night. The only regret I had was not trying their free ramen because I was already so full after a whole day of eating. This hotel is very dear to me, I love this hotel.

I read that this hotel is a modern take on a traditional ryokan and it lived up to expectations. We got a glimpse of an old-world Japanese way of life yet enjoying new-world comforts. Free daily entry to hot spa, free ramen nightly, free mineral water for guests, beautiful room with well-thought out design, exceptional cleanliness since all footwear must be removed at hotel entrance. The only con is that being well-patronised, it could get noisy. Finally the subway is less than 5 minute's walk away and that is certainly a winner for our family.

Great location and value for money”
Lovely hotel design and it has everything you could need..Great service even if we got a room with no cleaning service for 3 days. Fresh towels everyday. Location is perfect, near dotonbori, sennichimae and kuromon. Very nippombashi station for easy access to the metro. Ramen free every night is one of our favorite perks. Water hot and cold available, and coffee and tea. washing machine and dryer for 100jpy. No complaints. If traveling with elderly persons, the height of the bed and seats may be a concern

Fantastic traditional Japanese hotel”
This is a very sweet, traditional Japanese hotel. It is very centrally located, blocks from the Kuromon market. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The Japanese breakfasts are a highlight, with 30-40 buffet dishes-fish, congee, spring eggs, soups, all delicious. And at night there is FREE ramen. The traditional Japanese pajamas can be worn all the hotel. We didn’t use the hot pool but it looked wonderful. What a great intro to Japanese traditions! We recommend this small hotel highly.

Excellent ryokan experience”
The bed was comfortable, enough for us with our 2 year old toddler. The breakfast was magnificiently delicious with wide range variety, every day we are excited for breakfast. Do come earlier, as it will get crowded during the last time and you have to queue. The onsen was small but enough for all guest and many people still come late at midnight. The location is perfect, very close to station and dotonbori district. Overall we will for sure stay for second time

Fantastic stay”
Great hotel! Traditional Japanese style. Rooms are decently sized for Japan, clean throughout and quiet. Great staff and service. The hot spa amenities are great, and even better was the reasonable price and the great location: a few steps one of the two central subway stations, directly across the street from Dotonbori, the entertainment center of Osaka, and in easy walking distance to many fantastic neighborhoods and the Kuromon Market.

This is an extremely comfortable Japanese style hotel that is especially well located. It is just 2 blocks from the Kuromon market. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts will be some of the best meals you will have in Japan. And there is free ramen soup at night in the guest only restaurant. We recommend this place very highly!

Room cleanliness was tip-top condition, location was very near to subway and Dontonbori. Love the zen feeling hot spring bath and free soba every night! Great to have ‘shoe-less’ inside hotel as it was a clean feeling. Will definitely stay there again in my next trip!

Location, food, and staff were fantastic ”
Everything about my stay at Onyado was perfect. The staff were helpful with questions on tourism, and accommodated my requests. I have no complaints for this property. I will add that during my stay there was a large group with children staying at the same time as I. They were loud and rowdy in the hot spring area and disregarded the posted rules, but I find this to be the responsibility of the parents and not Onyado. At the same time, it did effect my stay.

Hot Spring Hotel in the middle of a city”
Awesome stay! I would definitely head back if I visit Osaka again. Though room is not as big, it's sufficient for two medium sized luggage. The toilet is decent (not hot tube), but we have 2 hot springs within the hotel. Do not expect huge hot spring and it can be crowded during peak period. You can check the crowd on TV in your hotel room before heading there. Most importantly, it is located near a subway station (not JR line) and a street across Dontonburi. #enoughsaid

Excellent Stay”
We stayed 6 nights in this hotel and this is our first time in Japan. This hotel left very fond memories for us and the kids. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin non-smoking room. The room is big for japanese standard - and we traveled as 2A2C. The highlight for the kids was the free ramen serving at 9.30pm. As for the adults, it is us going to the onsen and using the washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and definitely will be coming back.

Great GEM in the central of Osaka”
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were stranded upon our arrival in the hotel we booked. Within minutes, we made the reservation for Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring. Throughout the check in till the end of the stay we were contented with everything from the location to the staff and room. Should we travel to Osaka again, this will be our top hotel choice in the city. The size of the room is also bigger than normal and totally worth the price.

Great for family”
Everyone walks in the hotel must be bare foot or with socks, it feels very relax after a long day of explore. Hotel also provide late night noodles, it tastes great. Also from 3pm to the next morning, the hot spring is open to room guests. Everything was clean.

The best of the best location and super clean Japanese style hotel. 2nd floor Natural Hot Spring makes this hotel like a luxury Ryokan. Really enjoyed and want to go back if I revisit Osaka!

The cleanest hotel I have ever. At arrival, luggage wheels are cleaned by a staff member, all guests remove shoes and walk on the tatami floors either barefooted or in socks. There is no dust anywhere in the building. Staff is well trained.

Awesome stay!! Strategic location n jus a minute away from Nipponbashi stn. Room is clean and big enough to accommodate 4 of us with 3 big luggage. They provide a free noodle soup after 9pm and it taste good.

The location is great, right next to the commercial center. I was impressed by the internal decoration of this hotel, traditional Japanese decoration and facilities are modern and new. The spring experience is terrific. It is a pity I only stayed one night there, but I did enjoy the spa and bath equipment, very good. I hope I can stay there again next time visiting Osaka.

Very clean, traditional Japanese Hotel (must take shoes off in the loby!), in an excellent location, in close proximity to Doutonbori nightlife and entertainment district, Kurumon Market, Namba Shopping district, Denden Town...
