My first time ever in Osaka and found this new gem hotel that was recently built. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and this one is 11/10! It’s right next to the train station as well as the popular attractions like dontonbori, Shinsaibashisuji street, 7/11 is right around the corner. The service is exceptional! They clean our room on time every day as well as fold our messy clothes on the floor for us! The room is super clean, very spacious, bathroom is very nice! It made coming back to our hotel from a big day out so relaxing. The lobby is so pretty with a bar and restaurant there too! This new hotel is seriously the best in Osaka!

New hotel everything is new. Location wise, it's within the shopping district of Shinsabashi and close to many different restaurants. If you travel with lots of luggage it is a little cumbersome using the metro to get to the hotel. However, once you know your way it becomes very easy. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. I stayed in a triple room with my family and have enough space for 2 large suitcase plus room to move around. I particularly like the bathroom, it comes with a bathtub if you want to relax or the shower to freshen up. The bathroom is big and comes with everything you need. Staffs are friendly, and are good in English. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Osaka. Recommended

Excellent stay in great location”
The hotel is new and provides great service. There are always additional towels and they served sake on New year's Day too. Love the lighting options by the bedside. The room is very well designed with bath tub and shower and a separate toilet. The station is 5 mins walk and you can also walk to Shinsaibashi in 15 mins which is also nice on a cool day. 7 eleven is just across the road. Love the stay!

hotel is located in a quiet place but very convenient location, like 2-3 mins walk from subway station. super clean and cozy, the room size is comparatively bigger than a usual japan hotel room . I must recommend to my friends and families who are going to Osaka.

Stayed here for 7nights, location is great and very near hommachi subway, plentybof local restaurants nearby , 7-11 a block away, Doutor across and Starbucks on ground floor. Staff can speak English and are very helpful. Rooms are big with complete amenities. Now my home when in Osaka 👍

The room is quite large compare to other hotels room in japan, great location which is super near subway station and tourist attractions. Will definitely revisit this place when I travel to Osaka again.

Hotel is new, clean, and spacious. Near to major tourIt’s attractions. Near to Hommachi station, 2 min walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I come to Osaka next time.

Very convenient location (Hommachi Station).”
Avoided the big subway stations, yet convenient going to all directions like Umeda, Namba, Osaka Castle, and Universal Studio. Didn’t put a 5 star because it doesn’t have a very equipped gym and pool. A very nice hotel.

Best hotel we stayed at in Japan ”
Best hotel we stayed at during the 3 weeks we were in Japan. Just 5-7 mins walks from the nearest metro. We liked that we were not in the heart of Dotonbori but that the hotel was still within walking distance or a couple of metro stops away. Also within walking distance to Americamura. Hotel was very clean, great bed and pillows and with great views of the city and mountains in the distance. Good size for a room in Japan. We had more than enough space for our big luggage. Nice coffee places and restaurants around the area. Would stay here again.

New hotel just opened in November 2019. Excellent location 2 mins from subway station. But the shower and bath area is designed in Japanese style and is located separate from the WC. No basin is inside the WC room.

The room was very spacious in Japan standard. The hotel was in a great location, close to the metro station and lots of convenient stores. Room rate was ideal too. However, the hotel staff didn't offer too much help when we were looking for doctors since one of our family members had fever and severe stomachache. We ended up finding a doctor online by ourselves and asked the front desk to help call the clinic to see if they were open. Other than that, everything was great. Would love to recommend this place to friends (as long as they don't get sick!)

Hotel is around 20-30min relax walk, but don't worry as it is connected by Shinbashi shopping arcade along the way to Dotonbori. Hotel is very new, good value for money.
