Amazing Getaway”
Palm Valley definitely exceeded our expectations, which I thought would be hard given how beautiful the photos were. My girlfriend and I were welcomed by extremely kind staff who were always greeting us kindly throughout our stay! The pool is super nice and we used it at least 3 times during our stay. We also loved the cute little rabbits that you can see when you enter the resort. Our room was great and we thought the bed was quite comfortable. The bathtub was great and we had nice and hot water. It did take a very long time for the tub to fill up, but it was worth the wait! We would come back in a heartbeat and I definitely recommend you stay here!

Tropical Garden-Like Vibes & Kind Staff”
I wish I would have lengthened my stay in Jeju just so I could spend more time at this resort! Although we didn't spot any rabbits, we really enjoyed the swimming pool which has plenty of tables/seats and some floats for people to use, the spacious room, and just walking around the grounds with so many palm trees and lush green, tropical plants. It felt like a real exotic vacation. The staff were welcoming as well, and upon checking in, took my suitcase down the stone stairs to the cabin and kindly explained the facilities. Keep in mind that there were no toothbrush or toothpaste provided in the room. Unfortunately, we weren't able to take advantage of the tub because we played too late. Although this facility is not right next to that many restaurants, there is a 7-Eleven across the street from the parking lot, next to a nice sort of fusion restaurant that I recommend. Such a beautiful place, I will definitely stay here again and take more time to relax!

The staff are awesome and we had a great time. The only issue was that you have to wait a long time for hot water in the shower and hot tub. Everything else was excellent- a great place to stay if you are exploring seogwipo and jungmun areas

Close to all the main attractions in Jungmun, very well decorated room and makes you think that you are a luxurious cabin in the middle of forest. You can see trees and creeks when you get out through back door and which makes you believe that you are indeed in forest.

The pool will comfortably fit 3-4 people so be mindful of that if you're traveling with a big group. :) Really enjoyed the stay!

Nice peaceful place for a getaway”
Overall it's good, value for money. Love the hot tub, jacuzzi in the room. We use it everyday especially after a long day out. The only issue I have is the location - not so convenient if you do not have a car.. the nearest place for food option is about 5-10 mins away by car.

Pool and jacuzzi are the pluses”
Home away from home if price is right. Cleanliness a plus . Full kitchen amenities. Good for family and couples who intend to spend more time in the hotel premise. Nice landscape. If you can afford more then go to shilla in jungmun. Otherwise, this resort is quiet and peaceful.

Lots of potential but rough around the edges ”
While we liked our stay at Palm Valley, the resort can improve the plumbing as the water isn't hot, just lukewarm and the water pressure is very poor. They have a jacuzzi in each room but it's kinda pointless when it's unusable. The staff is aware of the issue but are not able to do anything about it unfortunately. The pool and remaining facilities seemed in good order.

Could have been better”
The room we booked wasn’t ready when we checked in and we stayed in a downgrade the first night. Second night we got the correct room that had its own pool... only problem was the pool wasn’t filled so we didn’t get to enjoy it at all. It could have been a much better stay but these issues tainted it.

I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to rest surrounded by nature. You can see all different types of nature :sea, streams and mountains and hear wind and birds’ songs. Trekking Jeju Ohle 7-1 to a nearby waterfall Ung-ddo was fantastic. You can experience picking oranges in orange farms on the way to the water. The only problem I had was that I couldn’t find many restaurants in a walking distance. One convenient store and a local Korean restaurant were available just across Palm Valley. I wanna visit again with my family sometime later.

IT is very far from City n all facilities. No restaurants nearby . I Went with my family for 2 nights and we have shifted the place that night itself. Not recommended for Tourist.

everything was great, room was cleaned has no small, fresh towels, accept the water pressure, when we tried to having shower too low water pressure also, they made excuse because of swim full used water, so :( me and my husband couldn't do shower and go out, we paid double price than when we went natrang the vietnam, my husband was a littel bit dissapointed,, his british , he thought they should change name for pension not a resort ( cause we have to wash dished we used it, plus has no restranut inside, have to pay bbq grill pirce also. i do better recommend winter time price hopefully low than this summer time)
