The staff was more than helpful. Great location, walking distance to everything in the old town. Took us about a half hour to get there from the airport using the cat and the Utahn. Short walk from Ubahn. Used ubahn to see other parts of city. Oh, and the breakfast was really good too!

Overall everything was great, breakfast & location are the best! their bed is GOSH!!! noisy as ever!, their pillow is thinner than my blanket! hahahahaha i'm not is this their style, but i really cannot sleep well. No View! lol every night we can still hear horses pass-by, car pass-by. Sigh. seriously...

excellent location, spacious room”
our room for 2 is spacious and clean. the room however has no air conditioner and it can be very hot and stuffy in summer. the tea/coffee machine is downstairs in the lobby, which can be inconvenient, even though it is available 24/7. the receptionists are all very cheerful and nice and helpful with our queries. the location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to a lot of attractions.

السلبيات:- 1- لا يوجد خدمة إيقاف السيارات 2- لا يوجد خدمة نقل الأمتعة من السيارة إلى الفندق 3- أرضية الفندق متهالكة وتصدر أصوات عند المشي فيها بالغرف والمرافق 4- أثاث قديم جدا ( أقصد أثاث مستهلك ) 5- لا توجد إطلالة أبدا على السوق وما شابه 6- لا يوجد بالغرف سخان ماء لصنع المشروبات الساخنة الإيجابيات :- 1- الغرفة كبيرة 2- موقع الفندق ممتاز جدا بالنسبة للسوق ورأس المدينة 3- موظفين الاستقبال ودودين 4- يوجد مواقف سيارات ( لكنها بعيدة جدا عن الفندق وتدفع لها رسوم غالية نوعا ما لليوم )

it is very old hotel, paying such amount is very disappointing to find yourself in an old room - old doors, carpet, etc. beside this other guests going along your room window so you have to keep curtains close all the time. The most disappoting thing was that there were 500 Eur in cash in my suitcase which was all the time in the room. And leaving a hotel I relized that 500 Eur are missing! The hotel just says we are sorry, cleanning lady works many years, etc... I believe it is just a scandal you pay such big amount of money for a room recieve bad quality and robbery. So keep your money in the room safe if you stay there! I travel a lot many years, never use safe and this is a first time money gone, it is very disappointing as the hotel is 4 start level. PS if you come late to the hotel and hungry there is no food at all, even snacks in the mini bar are not provided!

Giant nice room but no airconditioning”
Negatives: No airconditioning and we were a bit too hot. The bathroom door didn't close properly but also didn't stay open without swinging half way open which we found annoying . (Room 210). Positives: extra friendly staff and beautiful room in good central location with decent breakfast included.

This hotel is very old but it has good location and the staff were friendly. I'd probably look for a better one next time.

I choose this hotel mainly because of its strategic location - walking distance to all main attractions around St Stephen Catheral and the palace. USD 100 per night for single room is not cheap, but imo it is worthy for day trip. The front desk is very helpful and friendly. Room is small but clean. Standard european breakfast serving.

ceiling is very high, it has heater which helps a lot when we come back from the cold weather outside.

Charming place in the city center”
we stayed at the pension pertschy for four nights and were pleased with our stay. the breakfast is decent and the location is very convenient since it is close to the stephansplatz subway station. the bathroom is a bit small and doesn't reach the standards of a 4-star hotel. despite of this, we recommend this hotel and we would stay there again.
