Excellent location, value, and cleanliness”
So convenient to Earl's Court Tube and M&S Food Hall and staff were all very pleasant. Property will need an upgrade within the next 2 years as wear and tear is obvious, and as long as this is acceptable (a few enamel chips and wonky cupboard doors is nothing), a stay in these conveniently located apartments is great value as a continental breakfast is also supplied. All corners passed the white glove test - no dust, no hairs!

Convenient Location & Friendly Staff”
If you are coming from LHR, no need to use the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station. Just take the underground station using Piccadilly Line via an Oyster Card and it will make a stop at Earl's Court Station (35-45 minutes away). From Earl's Court, it is just 10 minutes walk-away! Location is very convenient as there a lots of pubs and restaurants around Presidential Apartments' location.

Super helpful and attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble. Our apartment slept 4 adults and had a balcony which was lovely to sit on after a long day exploring London. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and studio suites have all you need”
Great location and having kitchenette and washing machine was super helpful. Cons : - the pillows were terrible and wafer thin. - the mattress was terrible and could feel the springs. We stayed for 6 nights and can’t say I had even one good nights sleep. Woke up feeling bruised from the springs each day - if staying here ask for a room from the ground floor up. We were placed in the lowest level basement 2 flights of steps down with no lift access. If they fix the bedding problem would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

A simple breakfast is provided but it is same as everyday . We couldn't eat anymore at the last day even my bf like bread and I like yogurt so much . This is my advice-- try to change other breads and fruit juice. Any

Could have been better ”
Room was nice, tidy but dirty. Found other people’s rubbish in the wardrobe. Staff on arrival was average. Not very friendly. Very noisy, you can hear everyone moving around above you if you’re on the lower floors. No parking on site but if you’re lucky to get a space you can park from 6.30pm Saturday night until early Monday morning (residents parking otherwise) but staff don’t inform you of that or tell you where to park. We worked it out for ourselves. Location is brilliant though. 2 minute walk from Earls Court Tube Station. Would consider staying again mainly for the location.

Disappointing”
When we arrived we were put into a tiny, tiny room with a horrible bed, nothing at all like I had booked, when I questioned the hotel staff abut it, they said that they would show me a better room the following morning. We moved rooms the next day and the room was much better and much closer to the room I had booked, I had booked a king room but British bed sizes are apparently different and the bed was only a queen. There was no dishwasher, as stated, but this was no issue as we mostly ate out. The rooms are old and tired looking and in need of refurbishment, the beds were not comfortable and obviously due for replacement. The duvet was "winter weight" and not suitable for summer, we had to keep the room temperature very cold overnight to compensate. The room was very noisy and we were woken every morning by housekeeping going in and out of very noisy door with a loud bang. Staff were all wonderful and very helpful...no complaints whatsoever with them.

We were given basement room and the aircon was spoiled. There was no ventilation and the heater was on. It was really stuffy and warm. The staff were unable to repair the aircon and only offered a change in room on the next day when their manager is on duty.

I stayed here for 9 days and have stayed here before. I found a piece of faeces in the washing machine . I was questioned by two of the staff as to whether it was really faeces. I had picked it up thinking it was a ball of hair, so I was sure. . I asked for my room to be changed and they did but were unable to give me an upgrade because they were”almost “ full. The location is great but the whole place needs a refurbishment. There a lot of cracked tiles, mould in the bathroom grout, and worn, warped wooden surfaces. I think it really is not at the four star level anymore

The room we booked was Executive suite and the photos shown in Agoda were totally different from what the actual room. Room is small and twin beds they offered us are small; maybe only fit for Asian. The description did not mention this room type may be located at B2 level which is not accessible by escalator and when we requested for room change since we will stay for 8 days, the staffs at front desk is not helpful and told us to complain with Agoda platform or their manager. No follow-up on request. Breakfast is same everyday with same bread+coffee+drinks. Small kitchen is available but no cooking utensils such as pots or pans are provided. Dish washer and washing machine are dirty. Other than a convenient location we will not recommend to friends. And there are plenty of choices at same area with similar price.

The hotel does does not represent the name at all we was placed in a basement which was smelly and disappointing, the wifi would not even work when we asked for help the receptionist told us that no one else was having that issue and didn’t help us the toilet is poorly designed and very old school even the room, when you a shower it takes ages for the water to go and Ventilation was very poor definitely should be a 2 star hotel not worth the price at all and I would not even recommend to my enemy.

Untidy apartment but great location”
The apartment is not clean, but it locates just 4-min walk from Earls Court tube and in a very quiet neighborhood (but in the weekend, it's a bit noisy though). The apartment looks old and a bit sketchy inside. For that price you can find another option.

With regards to noisiness, you stayed in a back facing apartment not exposed to any kind of street noise, also you had no neighbours next to you, only 2 rooms opposite you. We consider the apartments where you stayed a very quiet one.
