Amazing hotel! Huge rooms (for Tokyo standards), very clean, wash dryer in the room (which is way more convenient when traveling than I thought), nice big shower and great fully automated toilet. The bed (mattress, duvet and pillows) was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept in in hotels. Location around the hotel is VERY busy (pretty touristy though) - many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. At night (after 11 pm) it's quiet though. Tsukuba Express station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and brings you to Akihabara in 5 minutes - however, it's slightly more expensive than using the Tokyo Metro which can be reached in 10 minutes (Tawaramachi or Asakusa Stations). Big supermarket ("Seiyu") also very close to hotel (open 24 hours) and of course several convenience stores (7 Eleven, Lawson, Family Mart... ). Staff was SUPER friendly too!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Thank you so much for everything :)))

If you're coming from Asakusa station, use the A1/A2 Elevator exit for your luggage. The nearer exits are stairs only. Best to use the first exits and just walk around 5-10 mins to the hotel. PROS - Clean rooms - Big ref in residential room - Great kitchenette with complete kitchen equipment and tools - Staff cleans the room every day (Economical or Full) - Near Sensoji Temple - Lots of restaurants and shops around - ROX Grocery is a few blocks away

Rooms are typical North American style and size, queen beds and Kings available. Quiet at night, got good sleeps. I'd stay here again. Very friendly and excellent English speaking staff, some spoke mandarin too. Extended check out till 1300 was only 1000 yen, great deal and let us relax in the morning.

First introduction to Japan”
We travelled from Nagoya airport via train and walked from the nearest train station with our bags. Google maps helpful here. Conveniently located near the river and pagoda. We would stay here again for out Tokyo visits. Not bad value for money. We are used to bigger hotel rooms but for Japan we were happy with size. A good range of restaurants around the area and a supermarket a minute away. Clean and comfortable, and staff as with most places in Japan very helpful and polite.

I love love love this hotel since we can do light cooking, washing and heat our combini food inside the room with microwave. The room itself is big for japan size. Location is great, near donki and near tsukuba express train station. I’d love to stay here again!

This hotel was fantastic. Right in the middle of the Asakusa food markets. Very easy walk to the train station. The room was very spacious which was exactly what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Staff were friendly and helpful. And the beds are very comfortable.

Very comfortable , king bed”
A mini studio kind of hotel room that came with king bed (2 pillows each), wardrobes, washer/dryer and even a small kitchenette which you can cook complete with plates and cutlery. Room size wasn’t too tiny like other Tokyo hotels. There was reasonable walking space. We could switch heater or Aircon to our liking (even in winter!) which is rare. It’s about 700m away from Asakusa subway line which is not too far. Only cons were no bathtub and hotel was on a walking street which meant the car/taxi had to stop some distance away and we had to lug the luggages through the walking street. All in all, we had a very nice, comfortable stay.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The Tsukuba subway station is a short walk away. Ueno is three stations away from the Asakusa metro station.

Cons: The one thing I didnt quite like was how the washing machine would wrinkle all my clothes after drying when I would wash a larger load. There were also a few stains on the bathroom walls that could have been maintained by the housekeeping. Pros: The room overall was very unique and suitable to live in for the duration of our stay. The kitchen worked well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep on. I loved the location of the hotel as there was tons of street vendors and nearby restaurants around! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Need to walk quite far from the nearest station. Don’t recommend to stay at this hotel during winter season, as it is too cold to walk back and forth.

Staff very friendly, but room smaller than expected. Also, rooms where the sun hits most of the day become unbearably hot, they need to add blackout shades to these rooms. Don't feel it was worth the money.

Great amenities in the room, particularly loved the well stocked kitchenette, great washer/dryer. It was an 8 minute walk to/from asakusa train station, very close to Sensoji and all the food places in Asakusa. The hotel/apartment itself was very quiet, great location. Lovely and very helpful staff, helped us out greatly to get to our next destination after the Typhoon!

Hotel with Very Convenient Location”
Location wise, this hotel is the best there is since it is located in a super hip area of Asakusa and near a lot of train stations. Cleanliness-wise, this hotel needs to be cleaned properly. Also, the facilities were all breaking down when we checked in. The faucet and toilet were removed from their hinges and the room smelled slightlu like a sewer so we asked to be moved to another room.
