Excelent! Pozitionare foarte buna, mijloace de transport multiple cu conexiuni foarte bune, walking-distance pana la principalele puncte de atractie ale Vienei. Hotelul foarte curat... singurele minusuri (relative): camera de patru stele - fara frigider!?!? Nu am avut nevoie de el nicio secunda, dar totusi... - fara papuci si halat de baie?!?!? - fara ceva de curatat pantofii?!?!? Este adevarat ca Viena este un oras curat si nu a fost nevoie, dar daca era?!?!? :))

I believe the hotel just opened and I was the first person to use that room. It was clean and comfortable. I guess in Europe it's standard not to do certain things that a maid in the US or Asia would do. But, helpful staff and great breakfast.

The reception is understaffed and check-in can take time although receptionist do their best to assist. All the walls between rooms are made by plasterboard and not brick so the noiseproof does not exist! Poor WiFi with interment disruptions. Overall no good value for money...

The staff kept saying that it is a budget hotel even for the simplest thing you ask the team. They were hardly smiling, especially the male receptionist that we had to deal with at the check in and out was far away from being a helpful and sympathetic employee. I would rather pay more to get a good service instead being treated like i was not deserving a good service at a budget hotel. Sauna room was not ready when i went down, although i was confirmed that it was open by the receptionist.

Clean rooms breakfast was good but the faucet was to small no slippers in the room no fridge no mini kettle to take coffeee or tea . I think for a 4 star it could have been better. But it’s near the train station so location was good.

Wie bereits mitgeteilt ist es ein Super Hotel. Leider ist das Frühstück, Bar und Reinigungspersonal nicht für dieses Hotel geeignet, da es diesen Personen an Ausbildung und Fertigkeiten fehlt. Dies gilt ausdrücklich nicht für die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption. Die Bar-Mitarbeiter am 16.08.2019 waren sehr mit Ihren Job überfordert und schenkten den Gästen keine Aufmerksamkeit um etwas zu bestellen.

Die Lage war gut. Das Hotel ist ein reines Hotel fuer Geschäftsleute. ”
Durch die vielen Baustellen war es sehr laut. Im Internet war ein Balkon ausgeschrieben. Es gab gar keine Balkone. Das Frühstück war befriedigend. Der Fruehstuecksraum war sehr groß und daher laut.

Schönes, gut gelegenes Budget-Hotel”
Das Roomz liegt super, in der Nähe vom Praterstern und somit auch nah zum Zentrum. Die Rezeption ist 24h belegt und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstür, welche ausreichend groß und sehr sauber waren. Gefehlt hat ein bisschen ein richtiger Schrank. Es gab Regale im Eingangsbereich bei der Garderobe. Die Betten waren groß und bequem. Das Bad mit der Regendusche war auch super. Sauber war auch alles. Das Frühstück war okay. Die Salz- und Pfefferstreuer auf den Tischen haben gefehlt. Dafür kann man sich seinen Saft selbst pressen. Abends im Restaurant war das Essen auch gut, lediglich der Service lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Im großen und ganzen kann ich das Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Wien sehr empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A szobánk nagyon csendes volt, kényelmes. Nekünk kicsit túl volt fűtve, de ettől eltekintve kellemes éjszaka volt. Közlekedésileg remek helyen volt. Reggeli szuper volt, változatos. Becsekkolás és kicsekkolás kicsit lassú volt, recepciós hölgy nem volt túl beszédes.

Rummet var rent men saknades med massor av engångsartiklar så som tofflor, glas, vatten. Det fanns ingen minibar i rummet. Rummen har en glasduch vilket innebär att alla i rummet kan se in när någon duschar vilket är väldigt otrevligt. Hotellets miljö är väldigt stelt och tråkigt. Frukosten är nog bland det sämst jag var upplevt. Dålig utbud och helt smaklöst. Jag skulle inte ens betala frukosten om den kostade 30 kr. Ni som har varit på Ikeas frukost ska veta att Ikeas frukost är ca 5 ggr bättre än denna.

L'albergo si presenta con la descrizione di Budget Design Hotel. Gli arredi sono minimalisti ma ricercati nel design. A me non sono piaciuti, ma è questione di gusti. Comunque traspariva che tanto sfoggio di modernità del design serviva per nascondere la sostanziale economicità basica dei mobili usati, apparentemente di non grande qualità. La stanza da me occupata, non piccola, mancava di armadio ed aveva un comodino a dir poco grottesco, simile ad un'urna elettorale in legno con incomprensibili fori su ogni lato tali che ti poteva cascare l'orologio all'interno... in disparte da ciò, il contesto era nuovo e pulito. L'albergo è a due passi dalla metro in un isolato ancora in costruzione: nessuno dei tassisti di cui mi sono servito era al corrente della sua esistenza e della sua ubicazione. Negli standard la colazione e la cena, anche se si può fare di più. Letto duro ma comodo e silenziosità garantita visto che la strada attorno all'albergo era chiusa per i lavori. N complesso o
