The property is in a great location with a beautiful view!

The furniture was not very comfortable to relax at the cabin after long days of hiking and wondering around. Could use more comfortable furniture.

The location was great - even though we were right next to another one we felt like we had complete privacy.

Over grown shrubs blocked car doors. The deep pot hole on the road to the cabin. The back porch roof leaked when it rained.

Location was great, view was amazing! It was a super cute place for our honeymoon!

The jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work and neither did the fireplace. Also, we arrived about 20 minutes after check-in time and the cleaning crew was still there. We had to wait around for 30 minutes until we could go in and unpack. It wouldn’t bother me that much, but at 5pm, check-in was already set pretty late in the day.

We loved that It was just a few minutes from town! It was also very clean and and pet friendly so we could bring our fur baby! The location was beautiful! The employees for Natural Retreats were super friendly and very helpful!!

We stayed in July but It would be hard to access in the winter! It had a very small yard! When we arrived you could very much tell that pet were allowed on the couch it was rough!

Everything was there as pictured..... Great atmosphere.

The toilet seat was broken, jacuzzi cover was dusty, there were a lot of spider webs & the grass wasn’t cut.

Loved the location. Very close to everything on the parkway. bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was the biggest I’ve ever seen.

The living room is very uncomfortable and needs better seating options. Shower is weird. Cabin needs updating.

Cleanliness- I sent pictures of the left over dental floss sticks and dead bugs not cleaned in the bathroom and this was never acknowledged or addressed. I don’t know what else wasn’t cleaned but bathroom and kitchen cleanliness are #1. Also.. we are in a global pandemic and hospitality industry is stepping up cleaning standards; this company isn’t. Responsiveness- after numerous calls and emails- it was on the last day of the trip that the jacuzzi and the security alarm were fixed. We got to use the jacuzzi once and the alarm went off every night. Safety- the engineering team came without masks into our cabin. I had to ask them to put them on. Unacceptable. Overall- poor cleanliness standards which are absolutely unacceptable especially right now. The company has cut the check out time to 9am in order to allow the team To clean but then they don’t clean.... Responsiveness, professionalism and follow up are beyond disappointing. Still waiting for that call back to see if all of our issues have been resolved during our stay and if there is anything else we need to make our stay more enjoyable.

The space was perfect for my husband and I on our quick weekend getaway. We wanted a quiet spot and that is what we got. The view was great and conveniently located to everything. The cabin was just what we needed.

The shower was on the small side but it was ok. The living room tv did not have good batteries but we replaced them no issues.

I really liked the porch with rocking chairs that overlooked the town.

There was quite a bit of water damage on the wall of the bedroom. The one lane road leading up the side of the mountain was also a surprise.
