An exciting week in Shibuya ”
About a 5-10 minute walk from Shibuya station. The hotel doesn’t stand out so you may walk right past it like we did the first time. A 5 min walk to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment! A 10-15 walk to Yoyogi park. Make sure to check out the FoodShow for some amazing eats in the basement of Shibuya station. Convenience store right next door which came in handy for late night snacks, drinks etc. Hotel is not modern or elaborate but has everything you would need. Toiletries, coffee/tea, water bottles, sleep shirts, slippers, hair dryer etc. and it’s very clean! American size hotel room. Full size shower/bathtub. Great restaurant in the basement! The included Breakfast in the lobby restaurant was substantial, it was a nice way to start our day. It was the same everyday but you do have the option of switching between a Japanese or Western style breakfast. Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating! Would def recommend!

I'D STAY HERE AGAIN”
The hotel is tucked away in a side street but very close (walking distance) to the train station, retail shops, restaurants, bars, Family Mart, drug stores and Shibuya Crossing. The room is fairly large compared to other hotels. And consistently clean. The staff is very courteous, helpful and accommodating. Easy to communicate with in English. If you want the usual large hotel with spacious lobby, this is not for you. But I prefer a hotel that's cozy and without the noise and distractions of many travelers and this was it.

On the older side, BUT SO CLEAN ”
Room was decent size. Had enough room to open and layout luggage bags ANDDD still have room to walk around the room. Little over a 10min walk to Shibuya station. Quiet area. Both Japanese breakfast and American breakfast options were good. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location (about 12min. leisure walk from Shibuya sta.; near convenience stores). All staff were very helpful and polite, I can't commend them enough. Hotel was quiet, clean, with a spacious suite room for a family of 4. Breakfast was also tasty and filling. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Location very near to city center & quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast you have 2 choices. Japanese or Western. Definitely I will book this hotel again.

Smokers hotel”
I want to stress that the staff was wonderful and kind and attentive! However...the whole hotel smelled like smoke. When we were taken to our room the smell of cigarettes was so strong despite specifically requesting non smoking. We were then told the hotel was fully booked and they had no other room. Upon pleading they moved us to another room that was slightly less smelly. It was still a smoking room and the bedding had that stale cigarette smell. The bathroom smelled like dirty feet. However the room was not unclean. Pros: very nice staff, generous breakfast and a quiet room despite the proximity to the Shibuya madness. Cons: smelly rooms, a smokers hotel with mixed smoking/non smoking rooms that are adjacent. Older hotel that has not been updated.

It's quite far from the nearest public transport. I walked about 1 km while carrying my heavy baggage. However, the hotel provide a lot of free amenities that u can take at the reception (many kinds of body lotion etc)

Excellent location, but not ideal for business traveler”
The staff was nice and the location was convenient. I think if you want to go out at night and explore the city this is a great hotel. As a business traveler, there are better options with more modern facilities at a similar rate.

Expected better”
booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, and the smell bothered me. Staff did not have any more room for me but lucky i only had 1 night at this hotel. It's in Shibuya, but quite a walk from the main streets, and especially difficult in the cold.

Great Stay”
Wonderful location, rather large room (for japan), incredibly clean, super helpful and polite staff. I would stay here again if givin the opportunity. View could have been better but really everything was wonderful.
