First off, the location was amazing!!! Less than 10 mins from Shibuya train station and located in the middle of all the shopping and eateries! Second, right when we entered, the staff was very fast to help us and get situated! Third, the room was way more than what I expected! And lastly, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage as we explored some more after checking out! Didn’t expect that and was very kind and so convenient! We were very worried that we’d have to haul around our luggage for another 6hours before heading to the airport! This was worth every penny we’ve spent! I would definitely recommend to family and friends going to Tokyo and when we come back, it’s a definite stay again!!

Highly Recommended Hotel in Shibuya!”
A very good hotel. The location is perfect for shopping, lots of restaurants around it, the place is clean and just spacious enough for a couple. Gracious staff/hotel personnel. Not that far from Hachiko exit train station, it's a good distance for some walking and exercise. There's even free breakfast everyday and coffee all day. Highly recommended for travelers!

I spent quite some time trying to navigate where to stay and ended up booking here. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the subway station, Shibuya crossing, shopping and food. The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and they provided slippers, robes, toothbrush & paste, tea with water kettle, and a hair dryer! I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone and would stay again.

First hotel I stayed in Tokyo, will probably stay every time”
My first trip to Japan I had an airbnb lined up and it got canceled days before my trip. I scrambled to find a place during the busy season and Hotel En popped up. What a great property! The room is cozy (aka small like a rooms in Japan) but bed is cozy, bathroom is great with lots of amenities and you can adjust room temp! Also staff was super friendly and even hooked us up with umbrellas during the rainy part of our stay. It's right in the middle of downtown Shibuya too, great location. Stayed here twice now, definitely going to again!

Best location in Shibuya ”
I love friendly staffs, very helpful. This place is my favourite, good location, near every of nice places in Shibuya. The room is cleanliness, large & comfortable beds, functional bathroom. 10/10 We will get back. (Thanks for a lovely note with beautiful Orizuru on my birthday, so blessd :)

This is a clean hotel with small but complete rooms and a very friendly staff. It is a three minute walk from Shibuya Scramble, Hachiko, and Shibuya station. If you are looking to wake up in the heart of Shibuya in an extremely clean room, this is the place to be. Can't wait to come back to the Shibuya Hotel En and stay much longer than this last time.

A wonderful hotel”
I thought that this hotel was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, had AC. Just note that since a physical key opens the door (vs. card keys), the front office wants you to drop off the keys to the front desk before you go out. I noticed this action with other hotels in Japan as well.

The hotel is very clean, easy around, the staff are very nice and accommodating, the breakfast is good, room service is very good and if need some help the staff are there all the time. Rooms are very nice, bathroom are good and their beds is also good. The hotel is good and i highly recommend it for travelers who wants to stay in Japan and will be coming back again in the future to check in with the same hotel. Thank you for accommodating me and my kids in your hotel and it was very nice meeting all the staff who is very warm and accommodating all our needs. Wishing you all the best. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect, location, price, cleanliness except we experienced some noises in the evening. Maybe because of its thin walls. I hope they will do something about it. Overall, we were happy 👍

Many shops, convini, donki, chemist, many more to choose from! It's great area to stay at. Walking distance to everywhere especially for tourists. Last night of staying/ visiting Japan will be perfect choice. Not too far from Haneda either. I wouldn't recommended to 'family' to stay as surrounded by Love Hotels!

Down the street from everything you need (downtown shibuya, tokyo foodshow, station, etc) and the facility was great. Big enough rooms, daily free water, friendly 24/7 staff and was a 10 min walk from the shibuya station

Excellent hotel, almost unbelievable for the price i paid (120USD). its a small room, but unless you have heaps of luggage its absolutely fine. the mattress was super comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and modern. the location was amazing, tucked into a little alley off the main road, with tons of little restuarants hidden in a maze of alleys around the hotel. perfect start to my japan trip.

Location was great. The staff were very helpful. The room was well appointed and remarkably clean. I loved the robes they provided. The breakfast could have been better considering the cost per night. Breakfast only included orange juice, coffee, and 4 different small sized pastries that they warmed for you.
