Although it was a bit difficult to find (especially for non-Japanese persons) once I found it the facilities were modern and clean. Staff were friendly. It offered great value for what I paid! I already recommended to my adult son who wants to come and stay in Shinjuku to explore the area in the evening.

I stayed in the mostly empty female floor. Guests were very quiet and respectful. I felt a little strange leaving my luggage in the open luggage shelves, as I didn't have a lock, but this is one major cultural difference I need to understand - people in Japan will generally leave your things alone and I have never had any concerns with theft in the 3 years I've been in Japan. I can't speak for everyone. The facilities seemed a little outdated, but everything was clean. The showers were very pleasant and the women's shower room had plenty of amenities: one-use toothbrushes, hairdryers, tissues, etc. It was very relaxing after a hard day of moving. I would have liked to have made use of the lounge during the day, as I needed to get some work done. I ended up needing to find a co-working cafe in Shinjuku to hold my remote team meetings, which was a little funny. So just be aware - you need to be out of the hotel between 10am and 2pm for cleaning generally. I struggled to figure out where I should get my work done for the day.

Hotel location near to Shinjuku-metro station and near to many good restaurant. Staff are helpful and friedly. Great facilities with Onsen and others.

Convenient location”
Very convenient location in Shinjuku, nice bathrooms, towel, pyjamas, soap, shampoo etc are provided. Neat capsules with roll down curtains. Would visit again. Be mindful to check out everyday before 10am and check in is before 3am. Please do not leave anything in lockers. Luggage can be stored In allocated areas while you’re checked out.

My Debut Stay in a Japanese Capsule!”
I enjoyed my debut stay in a Japanese capsule hotel here. Considerate people will have good etiquette to follow the rules and everyone's stay will be a good one. Requires proper management of you luggages which is typical in most Japanese capsule hotels.

Provides exactly what is expected for a capsule hotel experience in Japan. The price includes a set of pajamas, a face towel, a bath towel, and a locker for storage. A variety of drinks/snacks are sold through vending machines, but would be better if they could provide free drinking water.

great for a one time experience”
Sleeping in a Capsule hotel was on my bucket list, and I had a good time here. It is surprisingly comfortable for it's size. I would not recommend the women's to someone who's taller than 5"10 (maybe the men's section have more room?). Overall, the staff was really nice, and everything super clean. The only downside is if other guests are inconsiderate you will hate them, which happened to me, but it's not the hotel's fault.

The capsule was clean and the facilities were well maintained. About 15 minutes walk to the station and there’s a lot of food around. Staff (the lady in the picture) can improve her attitude. but overall it was a great experience.

The hotel has a perfect location. But for the price there are better alternatives. Yes it's cheap but consider that you have to be outside the hotel from 10-16. So 25% of the day. Considering the price and absence 25% in a day it's not really cheap. There are better hotels for a few Yen more and you can stay longer in a day. But the staff is nice and they clean very good. One more thing. The sleeping rooms smell. Maybe if the old carpets.

For those who are looking for night activities, this is a place to stay over as they provide basic amenities and vending machines are available as well. Shampoo, body wash, face cleanser, toothbrush (but not toothpaste) are provided, including pajamas. It is located in a building itself. So, carefully look at the boards/directory to look for this hotel. The restaurant in the hotel closes on Sundays.

First time to try a capsule hotel. This place offers no Bath tub/Ofuro for women. The hotel has no mug for guests to borrow , so you should bring your own or just buy at the vending machine . Nevertheless, the place is convenient and clean.

The location is convenient and pretty good overall. Maybe I didn't read the description thoroughly but the onsen is only for men, which was a HUGE disappointment for me! You also have to "check out" and "check in" again every additional day that you stay, which means there's not a locker to keep your things locked during the day. I was disappointed by those things and the poor air ventilation within the capsules. It would be okay for a one night stay, but for multiple nights it definitely isn't ideal.

Great location. Capsules were not cleaned properly ”
The location is perfect. Less thank 100m to Robot Restaurent, amazing pubs and bars. I stayed in this capsule for 3 nights in 3 different capsules. I’m not sure whether they changed the bedsheets or not coz I saw hair on the sheets in all 3 capsules. I didn’t want to complain coz I was staying just for the night. However I think it’s more important to pay attention to these things before you loose customers.
