If you are looking to stay in a quaint, fabulous Neighborhood (Iglis) away from Innsbruck City, look no further as Sporthotel was everything that we desired for. Despite we arriving a day earlier than our actual booking date, the front office was kind enough to not only accommodate us but also upgraded us to a suite! The suite was great and the view from the balcony was picture perfect. The facilities was fantastic with Gym, swimming pool and a spa. Breakfast was excellent with an eclectic spread and staff were attentive and accommodative. They have adequate parking at the back of the hotel( free of charge) should you have a car. Highly recommended for family with young children.

Staff was vey friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom and furniture are a bit old. Parking spots are available in front or behind the hotel.

Chef war sehr nett. Das Hotel ist eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Eine Mitarbeiterin war leicht genervt und stresste ein wenig wegen einem fehler der Reisegesellschaft. Wir würden gerne wieder dahin.

Es ist ein tolles Hotel, etwas altmodisch vom Aussehen her. Trotz Ihnen drinnen es ist super modern und sehr sauber. Es ist etwas teuer vom Preis her. Die Zimmern sind etwas altmodisch, trotz sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war etwas billig eingerichtet. Es ist eine kleine buffet, obwohl jedem Tag barriert. Schwimmbad war toll, etwas kalt und das Sauna viel zu heiß. Trotzdem es ist sehr wert.

Mein Zimmer ( 60er Jahre) war über dem Barbereich (und zur Straßenseite). Party an der Bar: Um 01:30 habe ich schlussendlich die Rezeption und die Bar angerufen, niemanden erreicht. Etwas später hat’s geklappt. Es wurde aber erst nach einem erneuten Anruf ruhiger. Da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war, ist es nicht verständlich warum ich kein anderes Zimmer erhalten hatte!?!? Die Vorhänge schlossen etwa 1/3 des Fensters.

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht und werden nicht wieder hier buchen. Es ist viel zu teuer, alles ist stark verbraucht und das Personal ist unfreundlich. Wirklich sehr schade.

Hotel meraviglioso, paesino splendido. Servizi ottimi, piscina, sauna. Ristorante. Colazione favolosa. Personale più che eccellente. Comodissimo per visitare Innsbruck e presumo anche per praticare gli sport invernali a vedere la quantità di impianti sciistici nei dintorni. Spero di tornare quanto prima. I miei figli sono rimasti a bocca aperta. Ottimo per il relax
