Slightly disappointing”
Very welcoming staff and really fantastic location. Rooms are clean and modern. However the suits are really just slightly bigger rooms, the aircon was ineffective and for luxury prices what was provided was fairly average.

Booked for Junior Suite, ended up with a twin bed room”
Booked with Agoda, the hotel claim that their booking received was confirm by BOOKING.COM and there is NO JUNOR SUITE so is a situation of take it or leave it. Kind of disappointed with the arrangement. We did not make a fuss we just want to check in after a long train ride from Prague, thus we just took whats the hotel claim as correct. Got to be careful on the booking

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful city”
We stayed in this great hotel for 5 days and enjoyed our time immensely. It is perfectly located on the riverbank in the centre of the Altstatt of Salzburg. It’s where you want to be. The location was perfect for sightseeing. The staff and manager were always helpful and attentive and we cannot fault them. We are not able to comment on the meals but they have a wonderful restaurant and bar on the top floor with a panoramic view of the famous fortress overlooking the city. We warmly recommend this hotel to fellow tourists.

Nice & Great Location”
Great location and a nice location. The only negative feedback is that they don't have car parking if you are driving. Also, the room is quite small. Nonetheless, the hotel was nice and I'd stay there again if I visited it again.

Amazing Hotel in the Old Town along the Salzach ”
We stayed at the hotel for three night. Upon checking-in, we were automatically upgraded to Junior Suite although we had booked a double room. The room was beautifully decorated with a panoramic view of the old town. The centered location made it very easy for us to roam this lovely town on foot.It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed and, mind you, I have a great choice in hotel selections.

Parking is 900m's away & not much hot water”
Hotel is nice but Parking is located over 900m's away and the hot water dribbles out of the shower. Other than that hotel is very nice. Waiter upstairs not much but breakfast waitresses are on top of everything. Rooms are very roomy water views everything you need

Great hotle”
Salzburg was a stopover on my way home and a birthday treat! They gave me a single room with a view over the river and looking up to the castle - super! The rooftop breakfast room was delightful and a great place to enjoy the view. The room was great - bigger than it looks in the photos - big bathroom with a bath. The room had been removated (bathroom) with original timber floors that were lovely. The staff were friendly and the manager had a bottle of bubbles waiting in my room as a birthday well wish - nice thought. great value fro money!
