I had a wonderful stay in (the b hotel akasaka) . Staffs was great, helpful, knowledgeable and the most quests wanted is: friendliness of all the staffs that will make guests feel comfortable and welcome to stay. Front desk staffs and the house keeping staffs, are all friendly. Oh yes, the laundry coin machine is really great to have it at the b hotel akasaka.

There are many Moet bottles around the lobby. Also, it was impressive that we could eat soft serve ice cream by self-service. The place is quiet.

Great hotel, nice central position, close to the station, friendly multi-lingual staff, clean & basic room that was small but understand this is standard in Tokyo, laundry service was swift, little fridge in room was a bonus, would recommend.

I stayed here for 15 days in June/ July 19, and enjoyed. The room was nice and clean, view was great from the 6th floor, and the staff always friendly.

Superior Twin Room good size ”
Good size for 2 people compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Reasonable space for luggage opening and when not in use, luggage can be stored under the bed. Much bigger than my friend’s hotel room from another chain hotel. Value for money. Comfortable pillows and clean rooms. There’s coin laundry machine and dryer plus vending machines in hotel. Will stay again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

A bit of a walk to the station, in a very quiet office and residential area. Very little to do in the immediate area. Very clean, comfortable hotel, great high tech shower (no bath). There was a mini coin laundry, which was useful (there is a laundry service, but not Sundays or national holidays). I like the b Hotels in general.

The room is small but clean enough. It will be nice if there are free bottled water provided. However, you can still enjoy free coffee at lobby. Location is fine. There are convenient stores and supermarkets nearby. Very close to Akasaka station, and only need 10 minutes walk to Akasaka mitsuke station.

Hotel is about 8 mins walk from subway. It is a bit distance. Not so convenience if is raining as it is not shelter. room is spacious, bathroom is clean with rain shower. Hotel lobby provide toiletries, guest can take them at their convenience. Dispenser coffee machine also can be find at the lobby. Comfort bed with 2 pillow. Hotel is near to a shopping mall where u can get some food before heading to subway and start the day. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is near to the akasaka station but the journey back to the hotel have to go through a steep slope. If you are carry a lot of things that day, it will be very tiring. Besides, the electric current might adjusted lower, when I blew my hair with my own hair dryer it become windy instead of hot and fast wind. Other than these everything is good there :)

The room I had was on the east facing side and since there is no air conditioning during colder months like November, it gets really hot in the morning. My room was really dusty, we booked 2 other rooms and they said their's was fine, maybe I was unlucky but my room was really dusty, you can see it on the windowsill, headboard of the bed, corners of the carpets, and in the air filter in the shower (seemed pretty easy to wipe down). My other issue was that it was on top of a hill and the train station was at the bottom of the hill.

Pros: nice room (great shower), good location, friendly staff. Cons: very hard beds, limited breakfast area, dirty kitchen area, ineffective clothes dryers (which the hotel knows about)

Good size room with two leg single beds, shower not in a bath which I was looking for, only issue I had, for me the mattress was too hard, apart from that staff lovely, air con, laundry, drink vendor machines where ever you look, highly recommend, wish I could have stayed longer
