Great hotel with Perfect location”
The hotel is so comfortable and it comes with a lot of complimentary amenities. There is even massage chair at the hotel lobby for you to use after a long day of walking/ shopping. The hotel provides free ramen & drinks from 9.30 to 10.30pm (Japan time). The room we stay are located at 12th floor and its on the same level as the washer & dryer as well as the outdoor roof garden. Having a washer & dryer in the hotel is great as we are able to wash our clothes. There are 3 washer & 3 dryer in total so the wait to wash your clothes are shorter. It is located near all the restaurants and its just 5-10mins walk to Shinsaibashi. Will definitely be staying in this hotel when I am back next time.

Cannot find ANY flaws about the bidge hotel! Everything was great and frm location of the hotel to the thoughtful service to the cleanliness of room to the complimentary treats ( free drinks 24/7 and free ramen as late night snack). Unwinding with the free massage chairs at the lobby was my must do after a long and tiring day out! And thank you so much for going above and beyond in helping me find my purse after I checked out. This hotel is also baby friendly! They have strollers and baby beds for rental for free!

This hotel is awesome!! The location couldn’t be better, the staff the so friendly and there’s lots of little extras you get.. they have bike rentals, free ramen and beer after 9:30pm and the message chairs in the reception are worth come here alone!! After staying here, we got 2 groups of friends to change their hotel booking to stay at the Bridge hotel.

Great hotel value. Plenty of places to eat and close to buses and subway stations. Staff extremely helpful. Lots of variety at breakfast. We had fresh persimmons every day during our stay.

Well, maybe because I’m live in the really busy time, so it’s not like that quiet. But the service is sooo nice, stuffs are nice and helpful. The location is close by anywhere. And safe. The stuff can speak English, Chinese, Japanese.est. This is really recommended hotel

Good value for the location and room. Very helpful that they show what language the front desk staff speaks. The free beverages in the room refrigerator were a nice touch.

Lots of free stuff including ramen, cakes, alcohol, postcard, games, craft, everything. The room is very very small though. But we manage to book 2 rooms. And because pit luggage is so many, i recommend this place for traveler without children. Very good for young couple or friends just enjoying their holiday. But overall we love it!

The hotel provide lots of free service. The stuffs are very friendly. The only down side of the hotel is the room is very small and it is way too small that you can’t open 2 luggages.
