Never Disappointing”
We have been a regular since many years back and we travels to Tokyo at least twice yearly. It is the only hotel we stayed in Tokyo as Capitol never disappoint. Love the serene surroundings and of course we love speaking to the GM Aoyama every time. Staff are friendly and there will not be any communication barrier as they speak fluent English.

Everything was fabulous - room, service, location (with 4 main train lines in the basement!), gym and pool are great. Particularly appreciated the hotel staff’s effort to accommodate an early check-in after an overnight flight. Would stay there on every visit if possible.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel. The service was perfect. Staff was very helpful. The rooms were amazing with stunning views of Tokyo. Big enough for a family with a grown kid. Bathroom was big and comfy. The only minus were perhaps the amenities. They were a little bit simple for a 5 star hotel. And there were just the basic ones. Like no facial cream, nor make up remover. But that’s not important just a nice plus being a lady. The situation of the hotel was perfect with 3 metro lines in the basement of the hotel. And a lot of things are within walking distance from the hotel. Lots of nice restaurants and shrines. I would definitely stay again at the Capitol Hotel Tokyu.

Excellent service and very clean room! Great location, close to all major areas with two subway station downstairs. Delicious room dining with reasonable price as well. Overall a wonderful staying experience and will definitely come back to stay with them if I visit Tokyo again.

Spectacular room”
This was my first time staying at the Capitol Hotel. It surpassed my expectations. We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 kids. We booked a corner King with an added bed. (I have no idea how Japanese travelers sleep in such small beds with kids.). The rate was quite expensive, but the room was really amazing. The view is spectacular. The size of the room was also very big (for Japanese standards) The hotel's location is very convenient, as its basement connects to 4 different subway lines. However, if you are pushing around young children with a stroller, there are stairs at the subway exits of the hotel. The staff was super helpful and polite. The facilities were clean.

There are 4 different subway lines and Chiyoda Line and Nanboku Line are close to our location, however Ginza Line and marunouchi Line are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Great hotel for business trips, but pretty disappointing for family stay since the facilities (pool, gym, etc) are adult only. The restaurants serves children.
