Amazing ”
Absolute gem of a place. Staff so helpful and smile every time and willing to help! Breakfast absolutely fine and the location is perfect a few mins from everything !!! The beds were lovely and comfortable and the rooms amazing and the bathroom was gorgeous. The chocolates, the robes all was nice touches. I can’t say anything bad about this hotel at all! From beginning to end it’s been a pleasure.

Comfort & Value for Money”
We chose the perfect location as we were here for the Christmas Markets - nearby to at least 3 of them. It is definitely walkable to the city centre and surrounds although it's better if you plan on attending museums. Metro is close by and some great cafes for breakfast. Staff were attentive and room/bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Just what we needed for a short trip”
Location is very good for the price, nothing else in our price range would get us this close to the centre. The Hofburg is a matter of minutes walk, as is Cafe Landtmann, the Opera House, Parliament and the Rathaus. The rooms are quite small, and some odd things bugged me like the wash cloths were taken by the cleaners but not replaced. A very nice, clean hotel which did the job for what we needed.

Nice hotel but the wifi is unusable”
Great location, value for money, all that but the wifi sucks and pretty much all the time I'm not sleeping in a hotel I am using the slow, unreliable internet. It was also really difficult to find the wifi password, it was hidden in this book that answered questions about the hotel alphabetically.

Not a 5 Star experience”
Pros - the room was spacious and clean. The location was absolutely brilliant. Cons - no lift to the lobby so every day had to carry pushchair up and down stairs. The staff helped if they were there but it was frustrating. Tea, coffee and shampoo etc were of very low quality, mini bar wasn't stocked when I was told it would be. The corridors were in desperate need of a repaint. No room service menu even when I asked for one. It would be fine as a 4* hotel, I'm not happy to have paid 5* prices.

the location of the hotel is good. however, the hotel is older and I would rather rate it as 3 or maximum 4 stars. the room was cold and the heat from the air conditioner was not enough.

Extreme Lärmbelästigung”
An sich wäre es ein nettes Hotel in guter Lage. Aber ich wurde an beiden Tagen, einmal um 07:00 und am nächsten Tag um 08:00 von Presslufthämmern geweckt. Auf meine Bitte um Problemlösung wurde am Vormittag des ersten Tages versprochen, ein ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen, man habe ja ausreichend freie Zimmer. Am Nachmittag wurde dies mit dem Hinweis auf U-Bahn Bau, welcher noch monatelang andauern würde, verweigert. Sonderbarerweise war in den meisten Bereichen des Hotels davon nichts zu merken. Andere kleine Probleme will ich hier nicht anmerken.

Gute Lage - Nettes Personal mit „Aufbau Potential“”
Unsere Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Je nach Zimmer etwas „hellhörig“ und klein/eng. Personal sind sehr bemüht, aber fachlich kann noch durch Schulung/Trainee gesteigert werden. Lage ist hervorragend und mit dem ÖV schnell und gut verbunden. Stadt/City Center kann auch zu Fuss erreicht werden. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würden je nach Anlass wieder kommen.

Gut gelegenes Hotel (zu Fuß in die Innenstadt) mit schönen Zimmern. Betten sehr bequem! Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Einziges Manko: Die „Bar“ ist stets leer und schließt bereits um 23h.
