This is my first experience with Z hotels and as a seasoned business traveler of 20 years I was impressed with the cleanliness, the professionalism, friendliness, and flexibility of the staff. They work very quickly and effectively and seamlessly and it made for a smooth experience for me. I had zero problems with my booking or with my stay. My room was well appointed, quiet, and fairly comfortable. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the rail station and the all the major attractions in the center of town. Very convenient. I would stay here again.

Overnight stay in Bath”
Lovely hotel right in the middle of Bath. Imaccutely clean and friendly staff. Lovely touch of having free Wine,Cheese and Crackers between 5pm-8pm. Rooms are small but everything in them that you need the only thing I would say our room was quite warm and we couldn't control temperature but other than that we had a lovely comfortable stay and will definitely be returning

Love this hotel! Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and modern woth the perfect layout, and the wine and cheese happy hour is fantastic-the price is beyond competitive-I won’t stay anywhere else in Bath from now on (I am here a couple times a year.

A modern well-designed and tasteful hotel. A beautiful cheese/fruit/wine buffet is included 5-8pm. Cold lemonade throughout the day. Very nice, reasonably priced breakfast is available. Such as friendly staff - loved the Z!

What a great place! We felt very chilled and relaxed in this smart modern hotel. One thing that stood out for me... the wine and cheese every night between 5 and 8pm. It created a great atmosphere in the foyer and set you up for the evening. If there was a downside I can’t think of anything. Happy to recommend and hope to stay here again next time we are visiting the beautiful city of Bath

Easy check in and check out. Great location in bath town centre. Water refilled everyday. Free apples and mint lobby in the reception. Daily free wine, cheese and crackers between 5 - 8 which was an unexpected touch. Really comfy bed and black out curtains. Massive smart tv and usb charging points for a modern touch. The space was utilised well with space under the bed for luggage.

The Z hotel is an absolute bargain, it’s almost hard to understand how they make a profit. It’s set in a perfect location, with lovely modern, clean rooms. Oh and did I mention the free wine and cheese every evening? If you are travelling with a friend be mindful that the rooms are small, and the bathrooms are separated from the room through opaque glass. This wouldn’t matter for solo travellers and couples. Hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities and television were all provided. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the service was comparable to that I have received at 5 star hotels. Thanks Z! Cannot wait to stay again.

Right in the heart of Bath, this hotel is easy to find and walking distance to everything. Bars, restaurants, shopping, sights, all in easy reach. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful. The room was big enough, clean and good ensuite facilities. There are no wardrobes or drawers for your belongings, so if you are staying more than a couple of nights you might struggle with space. There are no windows in the rooms, so again if you are staying more than a couple of nights might not suit you. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Z and I would stay again.

It was a nice stay. The checkin staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room was small but warm and facilitated well. Breakfast is free to children, which made the breakfast a bargain. I left my luggage at the hotel after checkout and had a pleasant trip around the city. Would absolutely book the hotel next time.

The room is pretty small but the equipment is sufficient for a short stay. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is very good with restaurants nearby and located at the town center.

A point less only because there is no pool or spa facilities and there is only one bottle of water free in the room but the price of stay is very affordable and reasonable. Z hotel Bath is an excellent hotel. Very comfortable, staff are friendly, the place is clean and smells nice, has complimentary cheese and wine at night, very accessible and right at the city centre. The room is modern with free wifi and loads of tv channels. Great night sleep.

Modern, spotless hotel. very comfortable bed and good shower. great location walking distance from rail station in city centre. Delicious bacon butty and unlimited hot drinks for cheap simple breakfast that gets the day off to a perfect start. Other simple dining options available during the day. The rooms are not big, but who visits a jewel like Bath to stay in the hotel room? If I ever visit Bath again, I would definitely look here first.

Great location , central to Bath , friendly cooperative team , excellent service, good condition hotel , rooms small and compact , but comfortable/ functional! Great TV , found it lacked privacy when going to loo too much sound !!! But overall very good ! Lived up to urs 4 star rating except for the bed against the wall ! Book breakfast in advance great deal and value ! Clive

Value for money”
The room is very small, but it has high ceiling so it doesn’t feel so cramped. Despite the size, it has everything you’ll need including tea/coffee making facilities, standard plug and USB plug, and different kinds of shower amenities. Location is awesome too.
