Great hotel, great service, beautiful location and views from a sea view room, would highly recommend, pool area is great and there's also a small pool for young children. Very safe and clean, highly recommend this hotel for the upmost comfort

Great location and facilities”
Great location, easy access to the beach and beach front restaurants and Marina. Recommend the spa body scrub at the beginning of the holiday. Gym is ok. The Cocktail bar overlooks the marina and is a great place to finish the evening.

Great hotel.. but.. pool party”
Awesome location, lovely staff, facilities and service. Rooms are ok (premium sea view) but in need of a freshen up, some drawers are broken in the room, scratches to paint on walls and more modern amenities like USB charge points would be good to see. Most disappointing part was the party beside that went on until 2am. Bass reverberated through hotel, couldn’t sleep until 3/4am as so angry and expected music to start again at some point. On top (9th floor) at near end of hotel to main entrance, so will ask for change of room but really disappointed as wanted relaxing and amazing stay considering extra money being paid for premium room.

You could not be in a better position. Beach one side Marina the other. The Argo Cocktail bar overlooks the Marina and had a nice atmosphere.

Having stayed here several times it was not at its usual high standards ,possibly due to the very short notice of reopening after lockdown .The front desk was the area that was most noticeable appeared to be short staffed . Normally I leave this hotel singing there praises so hope its just a blip .

Please make the extra cardio room available free to all guests. I think it was a kick in the teeth that you advertised this fitness room on the internet (an this was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel) but when we got to the hotel we found out that we had to pay to use the room. very disappointed.

Prime location disappointing facilities”
Staying at a 5* hotel you would expect to be warned that the main pool was closed, no direct access to the beach as it was closed, on arrival met with scaffolding in the entrance and drilling! Breakfast offered a superb selection but it was like sitting in a noisy overcrowded cafeteria with very little space between us and the next people, no option to sit outside even though the weather was good 19 degrees. It was not at all relaxing or enjoyable The sun beds basic no cushions and lots of cigarette ends all around the sun beds you had to get a towel from the indoor pool which was always completely full of people. Coffee facilities in room for the stay you are given 2 coffee pods then you are charged. Marina side of hotel although a great view absolutely no sun so if you can book sea view Table tennis table in the middle of the hotel lobby, winky and not one decent bat or ball, when we asked for replacements at reception we told to go and ask at the indoor pool.

Overall nice stay but there are areas for improvement. Staff mostly unattentive. Especially at the pool and also reception wasn't much friendly. Breakfast buffet chaotic thanks to idiotic anti-corona measures. We may come back but probably wait for new W hotel opening soon in Algarve.

The hotel is amazing, 2nd time for me, unfortunately I forgot the first time how rude and unhelpful the staff were, I was reminded as I walked through the door. I am not talking about the staff that keep the hotel running, waiters, chefs, bar men, cleaners. I am talking about the staff paid only to help you and welcome you, I think most of them would be better placed working in a meat processing factory or a land fill sight. I have learned my lesson and will not be returning to this beautiful hotel.
