Given how discounted my room was (since there were no tourists in Tokyo), this was the best value stay I've ever had. Very quiet, peaceful hotel with really nice decorative touches. Everything supplied you could ask for. The communal bath was large and a brilliant addition. WiFi was very fast and reliable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, although not speaking Japanese made it a little difficult to communicate with one or two. Nothing insurmountable. The only way it could be improved is by having a cheaper price for breakfast (2970¥ was too much for the standard provided), and recycling options for rubbish. Also, the fitness room needs some weight machines and dumbbells.

Couple with one young kid ”
I hardly write any review for hotel but this is one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed. 3 stops away from Disneyland and when u got back in the evening, u didn’t need to travel far back to hotel . Love the supermarket near the hotel . We went there almost daily during our stay. Not forget the warm bath facility in this hotel too! Totally enjoyed the stay and definitely will be back again .

Great All Around”
Close to Tokyo Station, can use Japan Rail Pass to reach, wide breakfast selection, huge and attractive public bath, contemporary and upbeat decor - lots to recommend, especially for families. My only quibble: being the sole occupant of a four bed room with no room for a chair!

Nice new hotel with modern interior”
Just a short walk from train station but needed several transfers to get to usual tourist spots. Close to Tokyo Station though. Public bath nice touch after a day of walking. Several groceries around with Family Mart accessible from inside hotel. Overall good except for 1 night when we were woken up by a fire alarm around midnight. As a parent travelling with a child, i was worried so I had to go down to the lobby and ask front desk about the alarm .. unexpectedly I was responded to rudely by the staff.. told me to wait bec he was busy with other guests checking in.. whats more urgent than a fire alarm??? I had to wait in line just to know if the hotel was on fire or not.

New hotel with clean and great facilities ”
The hotel is about 2 years so everything is so new and clean. It has kids playroom, family mart downstairs and public bath. Family room has great bunk bed and the kids love it.

Shiomi Prince stole my heart”
I loved it here and it will always have a special place in my heart, as it was the first place I stayed while in Japan. I will fondly remember opening the fancy door to the Family Mart and being in awe of what I was about to witness. Family Mart and conbini's are amazing.

Stayed here for Disneyland & Disneysea. Fairly close and convenient. 24h convenience store connected to the hotel, 24h restaurant right across the street (cheap food). Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Only gripe I had was the rooms feel a lot smaller than the pictures (we had the room with the double bunk bed. Breakfast was great.

Great place to stay ”
There is a Shiomi station right in front of hotel. It's like two mins walking distance. To go to Tokyo station, it's only three stops from Shiomi. It was pretty easy to take Narita Express after checkout. Nice area for late night food. We didn't want to stay in busy area. So we chose this hotel. It was quiet and relaxing time. Staffs are nice, no issues to communicate with them. Lots of travellers at the hotel, there is a convenient store downstairs. We went to Shibuya for one day. It took about one hour to get back to hotel though.

Perfect in every way !”
I could say I really have a high standard and I stay in the chain hotels only, So I risked it this time ! And it was so good to stay here, I stayed here for 12 nights. The cleanliness, the staffs and the facilities (There is a familymart connected to the hotel so you don't need to change clothes or wear coats just to go to familymart, It's so convenient) The car park system is also fair. Overall I really enjoy staying here.

friendly employees with a nice welcome mostly fully booked including the indoor restaurant. Sadly, no chance to try a buffet there. daily clean-up. no distraction in the morning when still in a room. Everything was great except that most receptionists barely speak English excluding some manager or higher. strongly recommended.
