Very near to train station. Nothing much around the hotel except for convenient store. Washing machine cum dryer in the room is a plus. Front desk provide one washing powder for every night stay. High tech toilet. No space to put our luggage. Washing 1 load of clothes takes 3 hours plus to finish.

Conveniece location and basically all your need is available here. Everything look new and clean here and their washing machine will wash and dry your cloth within an hr.

Wonderful experience”
Staff are friendly & helpful. Hotel room very spacious compare other hotel i stay in Tokyo. With 2 large luggage & 1 stroller in the room i can still move around freely. Would come again to stay here in the future.

Convenient and new”
Very new and clean hotel. As usual, you'll get the Tokyu Stay standards. Hotel is situated near train station which has train lines straight to the airports.

Close to the subway sataion, but very quiet area. Hotel staff are very nice.

The hotel is close to a metro station on asakusa line, but this metro station is relatively far away from the major activites or areas like shinjuku, tokyo station etc. The area is relatively quiet as well. But there is a limited express airport line to narita airport. To add on, the hotel doesn't have make up room for 6 days and less, but they do clear out the trash and bathroom towels.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. Clean room. Staff were polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel is around the corner from Sengakuji train station and 5 minutes taxi from Shinagawa station. We would stay here again in the future.

We wilden een vroege bus nemen van Odawara naar Lake Ashi in Hakone. Voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de ligging en de prijs. Ruime nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel. De vrouwelijke gasten krijgen een gezichtsmasker bij het inchecken. Het westers gedeelte van het ontbijt stelt niet veel voor.

離地鐵很近，但附近離鬧區有一點，而且泉岳寺站沒電梯，帶大行李箱比較不方便，優點有電車可以直達羽田機場不用轉車。房間大小優於市區，而且還有微波爐、洗衣機相當便利

Tokyu Stay每房都有洗衣機，可洗衣服，適合長時間入住的旅客。高輪店的房間滿大，而且離地鐵站很近。 但是此酒店只幫忙換毛巾和浴袍及清垃圾桶，不幫忙鋪床唷！
