Value for money”
Been arrived at tokyo on 1 midnight, we went to this hotel by taxi. Spend 1650 Yen which is not too expensive. Have shuttle bus but we cant use that because it stops operation on 12 midnight. Not hard to find even written on google maps and 2 min walk to otoori station.

shuttle service was really nice. Free breakfast was good enough. Corn soup was super yummy & coffee was nice n rich! The ladies who prepare breakfast were SUPER NICE. Please say good morning to them when you enjoyed breakfast! Room was small but good enough for solo traveler like myself. Loved deep bath tub. Water pressure was super good. Have several good restaurant near by. And hotel is RIGHT NEXT to train station which is really convenient. Hotel gave us 500yen coupons for some of those restaurants. That was GREAT! The only thing that i would like to ask for his hotel is that ice bucket. Or larger cup to pour ice cubes in. The small cups that they provide only hold 3 ice cubes & i lost 10 ice cubes to just collect 3 ice cubes. what a waste! I will stay again for sure on my next japan trip!

Good location. Otorii Station right next door. Free breakfast simple, but good. 7-11 and Lawson across the street. The rooms are dated and small, but good. Shuttle bus available early morning and early evening only.

Good place for the night ”
Very clean, free shuttle from the Tokyo Haneda Airport (just ask at information desk), free breakfast (I had to eat and run but grabbed a chocolate croissant), very clean and full of amenties (pant press, teapot, humidifier, tv, alarm clock). Good for a layover. I wasn’t able to see the town so I can’t speak of the location but it was a quick 10-15 minute ride to the airport and had regular shuttles back to the airport too. The walls were pretty thin so bring your earplugs - I could hear the neighbor snoring and the street was a bit noisy. Overall a nice place

The room is super small. Just 2 luggage bags, and the room is packed. I booked for twin bed, but i got a double bed because they said that night was fully occupied. Was that my fault? i;ve booked that room a month ago. Just imagine how we slept that nite for 2adult and 2kids

Lack of non-smoking rooms”
The hotel put me at 13th floor because non-smoking rooms were fully occupied. I was inhaling cigarettes smoke throughout the night when I was there, it was horrible.

Bed was one of the hardest I have ever slept in.”
Almost like sleeping on the floor. I hardly slept in the end. But hotel is clean and convinient for the airport. Note that the free airport shuttle in the evening only starts around 22h40. (I had to take the train to the hotel when I arrived at ~21h40, which costs 290 yen. But at least the hotel is right next to the Otorii station, three stops from the airport).
