Staff welcomed us, we checked in late. They gave us all the information we needed lovely place to stay....n shopping at Fort nearby...also for coffee shops n food..

Great location but the price has gone up nearly £200 from January to stay here , It is handy location to travel to my job on hs2

Good affordable hotel”
Nice clean room lovely helpful staff. Very easy to find and lots of parking space. Shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature. Good heating in room that was easy to adjust to my liking. Will likely stay here again in future.

Simple but does the job”
The room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. No extra just a basic room but did the job . Breakfast was good for the price . Location a little out of the city.

Comfortable beds , clean room. Kettle ,Tea coffee available in room . Bar behind reception. Only criticism was carpet in room could do with being replaced. I would stay again .

The hotel is in a good location for NEC. The carpet in the room was dirty and sticky. The room smelt stale and musty. The staff were excellent, breakfast was good variety of choice and good value for money. As it was only for one night it was fine but i wouldnt stay any longer due to the room we stayed in.

Staff are great, plenty of parking, the rooms are clean and are standard good for what you pay. Had a lil bar and vending machine. Beds are comfy. Love the circle window in rooms. Location is great as close to many shops and restaurants. I.e primark and nandos. Lovely worker called Usman, very happy chappy and helpful. Thank you

Rooms were filthy, toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was disgusting. Noisy guests in other rooms. Never booking travelodge again.

Boring, Soulless, Isolated and Dated Hotel”
There is absolutely nothing to write home about this hotel. It has not been redecorated for many years, carpets in the room and communal areas have so badly faded. The floor in the bathroom is old and needs immediate attention. The hotel is in the middle of no-where, in an industrial estate, with Dunlop Tyres being the only attraction. Staff seems not bothered or remotely interested in there guests welfare. We paid over £90 for one-night, and that was far too expensive, not value for money. Very disappointed.
