Good location, 6 minutes walk to JR Okachimachi station, 15 minutes walk to Akihabara. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby. 900 yen (excluding tax) for a Japanese style nice breakfast. The room is small but clean.

Great Location”

The hotel location is great. it is near few Tokyo Metro station:1)Ueno-Okachimachi (Toei -Oedo line-Tokyo Metropolitan Government/Shinjuku), 2) Ueno-Hirokoji (Ginza line-Ueno/Asakuas/skytree), 3)Naka-Okachimachi(Hibiya line-Disneyland transit-JR Keiyo Line). Just few minute walk to the station and 4) JR Okachimachi. Very suitable to those use 3 days Tokyo Metro.

Honestly, for this price and location - you get more than you bargained for! I am thoroughly impressed with everything about this hotel. Good news for future travelers - they are renovating and upgrading the facade of the building. So everything feels fresh and new! Service may not be like a 5-star hotel, but they are nevertheless ready to help you with any questions you may have. A tip to women travelers, do take the women's amenities at check-in for the stipulated number of nights ;)

Great value for money”

Convenient location walking distance to train stations, 7/11 or family mart, donki and food streets of Ameyoko! Akihabara is also a few stations away. Coming from and to Narita is also convenient with 1 train via skyliner. Highly recommend!

This hotel is exceptional. Our room was cleaned everyday. Towels, robes, slippers and toiletries were replaced everyday. They also offer you different things upon check in like face masks and hair ties. Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was very courteous. Room was small but we preferred it that way. Near train stations and Don Quixote.

The hotel near from ueno ikachimachi station, only walk about 5 minutes. The location is excellent. Near from Ueno park, Amiyoko market. Small room but worth it. Friendly and helpful staff. We will stay again in our next trip.

Clean rooms. Convenient access. Family mart. Even if not give the maid room. But then hang a new bath towel every day at the door. The towel smells bad, I want to fix it or check it all regularly, except the towel should improve.

Good at the price”

Everything is okay. Except the smell since I was booked smoking room due to non-smoking was not available. The air purifier didn’t help at all. I was not able to open the window since there was construction nearby. With this price it’s acceptable anyway.

Center of all tourist spots in Ueno”

This hotel is a small gem at Ueno. Shops, restos and trains are all a stone throw’s away from this hotel. Comfortable and clean and will definitely give you a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring tokyo 😄

Deceiving photos ”

Firstly the staff there is not friendly. They don’t even bother to try to understand you if you don’t speak their language. Asked about parking around the area the lady straight replied I don’t know... ridiculous. The room is not like photos listed. Assigned room is small and the bed is Super tiny. Our small cabin Luggage not even able to open fully at all. When we checked in there were a man walking around outside our window during repairs I think?! Had a huge shock. More over it’s Very troublesome that we have to handover the keys when we go out to explore. What kind of stupid hotel policy is that. Will definitely not recommend anyone to go through this experience at all.

Pros: near okachimachi stn for those with JR Pass, near Ueno stn and subways. Walking distance to Ameyayokocho and Ueno Zoo. Polite staff. Cons: 1 elevator only. No ramp. Small room. Towels smell bad.

Yushima station is next door, while Okachimachi and Ueno-Okachimachi stations are accessible within 10 minutes walk. Room kinda small but very accommodative still. Will come back again!

Good value in a good location.”

Booked a small double room. As expected, it's your typical business hotel so the rooms are small which is typical in Japan so it's a non-issue. We arrived via Keisei Skyliner. The hotel is a about 10 minutes walk from the Keisei station depending on your pace. The bustling Ueno station is just a few steps further. It can be quite of a hike if you have big bags but we only did it on arrival and departure. Location was excellent with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, shops, department stores, etc. around. Don Quijote is just two short blocks away and Ameyoko Street Market is less than 10 mins. away. It's likewise convenient to get around. Okamachi subway and JR station is 5 mins away while Yushima station is just around the corner. It would take you just around 30 minutes or less to get to the other major areas of interest in Tokyo. Rooms are clean and has everything you need i.e. Toiletries, robe, slippers, mini-ref, etc. Staff are friendly and can communicate in basic English.

Excellent location and Clean”

We only stayed for 1 night, The hotel with perfect location in quiet area, only few mins walk to all restaurants and shops in Ueno. Reception is nice, with every amenities. The room looks newly renovated and especially the bathroom is very clean. The bedding and pillow is so comfortable (not too soft). LAWSON/FamilyMart is just downstairs opposite.Good price comparing with other hotels in Ueno. Will stay again!

Family with young kids”

Small rooms but everything inside. Everyday we get new towel, mineral water and soap without ask. The staff put outside our room because we put not do not disturb at the door. Very nice hotel. Have a lift. So no problem bring baby stroller there.
