The hotel is less than 5 mins walk from Kitasenju Station. From JR Station, take North Exit, then West Exit, after which you can see IOIO (Marui Building) on your left. Take the elevator down, and you can see the Hotel on your right. Just turn on your right, walk pass the drug store & 7E and you'll reach the hotel in a minute. If you take Tokyo Metro, take Exit 2 or Exit 4. Hotel offers simple but nice breakfast (selection of breads, scrambled eggs). Free coffee, tea, Coke & juices (machine) from morning till 11PM and free use of washing machine & dryer. You can buy detergent at 50yen from the reception. Everything is good except for the bed and pillow which is a bit hard. Please expect small room which is not uncommon in Japan. Staffs were friendly and could speak fairly good English.

Size of room is same as the hotel in Japan. A restaurant is located on the ground floor and served breakfast from 5 AM and also some beverage is available until 10 PM. Location of the hotel is so closed to Kita-senju station but CVS is not near from the hotel.

Pro: - Walking distance to Kita-Senju station and shopping mall (food court at lower ground) - free use of washing machine & dryer (50yen detergent available at front desk) - free drinks available beside front desk (until 10pm i think) - toiletries provided - not all staff speaks english but they still try to assist us regardless Cons: - Room too small, if you have large luggages, it'll be hard to open your luggage in the room - Breakfast might need a bit more variety

We have 4 adults and 2 children stay 6 nights, The kita-senji station to hotel 300M within 5mins by walk. hotel to 7-11, Lawson within 2mins by walk, easy to eat dinner and late night supper. quiet in night, kindly staff, not bad free breakfast. I will recommend Urbain to my friends if they visit Tokyo.

Our room was not large,but clean and convenience. Beds are enough fo normal Asian Female. They have the nice lounge where can drink some Softdrink by free until 22:00. And their breakfast was also pretty good. When I took,they prepared rice,breads,salad,fruits,youglt,miso soup,fish and so on. If you have big laggages,you should check in not mindnight because the nearest exit of Metro hasn't elevator. In my guess,the escalates don't work between late night to early morning.

Very good location, small room”

The room is very small with a window where you could not see outside. However, the excellent location covered up for most of it anyways we were always out to explore Japan. It was a good base-camp for us. Our 2 large luggages almost didn't fit, but then again if you are not picky with the size then I guess it is good value for money. Right outside you will pass by around 10 vending machines! LOL A BIIIG mall right across going to the train station.

The rooms were very small. We almost could not fit our 2 large luggages. The plus side reqlly is that even with the absence of a window, the room didn’t feel small or cramped. Bfast was basic, staff was pleasant. No other complaints! Location was very very near the trains plus a big mall right beside the main train station already.

房間算小、但離地鐵算近，附近有百貨公司和7-11。 房務人員會在入住的第2天將你的房間整理乾淨、物品排放整齊、衣服摺好。但第3天早上未放小費之後就不會額外幫你摺衣服。只會將房間打掃乾淨換好備品而已。

旅館地點在北千住車站附近，走路只要5分鐘， 旅館附近食物選擇也滿多的， 但要注意北千住車站出口4的營業時間只到11:00， 早餐選擇很多樣，5:00-22:00大廳還有提供飲料、咖啡， 可免費自助洗衣、烘衣， 旅館工作人員也很親切， 以後如果來東京玩還會想繼續住這裡!!
