Great place to stay in Osaka. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags prior to check in and even after check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We chose not to have our room cleaned the two days we were there and housekeeping left fresh towels by our door. Noise was not an issue for us. There is construction nearby but we didn't hear a thing. Very quiet at night although it is in a busy area. We appreciated the odor eliminating spray in the room. At our previous accommodation we hung our clothes out to dry and they didn't smell very good. Welina does have a washer and dryer but we didn't use it as it was near the end of our trip. Would definitely recommend Welina if you're looking to stay in the area.

I love the convenience location hotel which located at the heart of shinsaibashi. No matter going to kumamon market or namba, it was not far. With the wonderful staff services who helped us for receiving postage and letting me enjoy everything here. Neat clean Japanese room is big for up to 6 person to stay and we sleep sooooo well for two nights. Thanks.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is really very clean and very comfortable. It is rather easy to walk to Shinsaibashi, Dodonburi, Namba and Koromon Market. Nearest Namba Station Exit is No. 14. We have requested for a quiet room and was provided one. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Welina Shinsaibashi. All their staff members were courteous, polite, and spoke good english. The older gentleman at the front desk was especially a pleasure to deal with. My room was clean, and very spacious by Japanese standards. I would totally recommend this hotel!

Impressively, love osaka love welina”
Best ever location for me and super recommend for shopping lover. this hotel locate at center of many favorite shopping place and food. all staff so polite. room is so cleanness. it make me and family love osaka and surely travel here again. Regarding night club around hotel as other comment, i feel nothing about it (despite of i'm not night guy), whereas I like it because 1. they all look funny like anime i watched 2. they all make this road is not desolate summary - perfect for my family. Convenient location, clean and tidy”
Super close to the Glico man sign. (Also in the middle of the host/hostess clubs though fyi) Room was clean, and decent sized enough to be comfortable. Good value for money.

The staff was very helpful. Price is affordable. The location is very near to glico sign dotonbori, convenience store and restaurants. The room is simple, but very clean. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Not easy to locate at first because of the throes of people in the area, but it is tucked away very nicely in the heart of it all. Room was good and amenities were excellent.

Nearby to Dotonbori which is just a 2 min walk from the hotel. So much to explore in that area itself and can get very crowded. Food & shopping are just everywhere..

Fantastic location but do not expect to ask for things like extra pillow, cutlery.. they dont provide things like that. Their pillow is very bad too thin too be exact. Bring your own towel to stack it higher for better comfort.
