room was very clean(met no bugs there), staffs were friendly. swimming pool was also nice, and the Newtown area has everything tourist needs(supermarket, cafe, restaurant, pharmacy etc) this is condominium, no breakfast available - but there are many alternatives near the accomodation.

I had a comfortable stay it's clean and I enjoyed Netflix in my wee hours. It feels like I am just home with complete things i needed the most around me. Though i had a short pipe trouble in the toilet, it was fixed just in time. Staff is accommodating, polite & warm. I will choose to stay here again soon! ❤

The location is perfect since there’s a near grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and where you can withdraw money. The room was great and very clean. It doesn’t feel like a hotel but a HOME. We’ll come back next month. 🥰 Also, I really love the love-swan towels in bed! 💕

Excellent Studio Apartment in a posh locality”
The apartment was exactly like the pictures shown and had so many amenities inside, which is really good for its price. The locality has lots of food options as well and surprise to me was the pool, nice and big. Only thing to improve is the time taken during check-in and check-out. It can be quicker.

We had an enjoyable weekend. I was with my parents and my friend together with her family as well. The location is easily accessible to the grocery store, restaurants/food court. The swimming pool was super nice and great for photos. The beach is 15 minutes walk. It's open for public. The entrance is free for guests but you have to pay for the cottage fee (range Php500-2,500). The staff were also accommodating and helpful. We availed their promo rate and it was a great staycation and worth the price.

This is my fave place for staycation. The place has complete amenities, kitchen, bath tub and Japanese style toilet. Will definitely come back and stay longer. Price is reasonable. Better than staying at a hotel.

My condo is being renovated which is close to the airport. C suites is a little farther depending on traffic. I had use of motorcycle so no problem. Immediately once I got in the room I liked the high walls and room actually separate from living room and kitchen so really it is like a family suite. Great toilet with bidet and clean bathroom. Great value.

Beautiful Condo For A Night”
Better than a hotel for the price. We had a two-room suite including a kitchen with microwave. Even a washing machine if you're going to stay long enough to use it. Classy new building with great stores the complex (Robinson's, Watson's, 7-11, more... Food court across the street. 10-15 minutes from the airport.
