Happy with some room for improvement ”
We’re happy with our stay in CSuites at Two Central Residences Makati. Great location, spacious room, nice pools and great staff! Our only problem in our stay is the water pressure of the shower which was not dealt with and the smell from the bathroom drainage. Overall, we’re still going back to the hotel for another stay and we’re happy guests!

The staff were very accommodating. What you see is what you get in the photos published online. The room was spacious and clean. However, their electric stove and washing machine are charged at Php. 200.00 each per day. What's not just recommended when staying here is bringing your car. Their parking fee is SOOOO EXPENSIVE. We checked-in at 2:00PM then checked-out at 11:00AM the next day and we paid Php 490.00 for the parking. Parking rate is Php 40.00 for the first two hours then Php 15.00 for the succeeding hours PLUS Php 150.00 on top for the overnight fee. CRAZY, right?! Apparently, what you will save with the room rate will go to the parking fee. Nevertheless, this is a good place to stay around Makati! :)

It was indeed an amazing stay. Kudos to all the staff of Csuites including the staff of two central and the guard. They were very polite and accomodating. The restaurant staff were very nice as well hopefully they would all variety to the breakfast they served but nevertheless it was worth it.

I love CSuites! They have large rooms for a studio unit booking for a reasonable price, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It is near my work so when I need somewhere to stay in for a night, I would always choose CSuites! However, one down side is that if you want to avail a free breakfast, you have to cross to the other side of the street to avail it as they don't have their own.

Always stay at Two Central Residences when I am in Makati as it is a convenient location just behind Ayala Avenue and the rooms are very spacious and clean, very quick check in and check out. I was in 18N this time, aside from a minor issue with a broken/very loose tap in the bathroom everything was fine.

This is my second time at CSuites the staff are very polite and helpful. Check in and out was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, the apartment is located in a very convenient location 5 minutes from Ayala Avenue and RCBC Plaza. There plenty of restaurants and bars on the same street.

Amazing location! Wide space and great view of the city”
There's rustan's marketplace and many restaurants and bars downstairs that you dont really need to get to the malls (Locavore, shrimp bucket, bar centrale, nono's, burger king, bonchon, plantation bar, mcdonalds, jollibee, 7-eleven, ramenagi)! The city view is wiiiiiiiiiide and awesome! You can really see makati from the room. The room is big, with a queen sized bed and a couch, plus a separate small kitchen. There is a washing machine inside the bathroom. The only thing is that the lighting looks tired and dim. It is not even mood lighting.

We have stayed at this location several times. We like it. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom is not really wheelchair accessible. But when I asked the desk for a hard rubber chair to transfer to, to utilize the bathroom. No problem. Right in the middle of Makati. Walking distance to nice eating places. good buy for the money.

I booked 2 Family Suites, 2 Studio Suites and 1 Twin Suite for two nights: the eve before our wedding, and the night after the reception. All of our needs are well-facilitated, and because of the clean facilities in our suites, we were able to cook our meals for the night and the day after! The amenities and the room itself was more than what you paid for, although it may be hard to hail taxis in the location but the hotel staff are more than welcome to do it for you via Grab. The pool was well-maintained and the condominium staff are friendly as well. Looking forward to stay here again for my next trip to makati

The residence is a bit round down and in need of some refurbishment. There is a terrible rotten water smell throughout, the bathroom displays dirty silicon sealings, not all room are quite. However, I got a good price on the room which was spacious, nice balcony, good location, overall I was pleased and will return if attractive pricing is offered.

Big room, pool, smelly bathroom”
Not a Proper hotel, more like airbnb.. It is a block of condos rooms that are rented out. The office is in a converted condo rooms. PRO: Was looking for a big room for my family with a swimming poo and close to Gloriettal. Did not have a car so no expensive parking. Wifi is good. Close to fast foods and other restaurants. CON: The ground floor lobby has a sewer smell. The same smell is in the bathroom. Others commented the same issue. There is NO water trap in the bathroom floor drain to keep the smell out. Two adult swimming pools but no towel service. No wifi outside your room, ie at the pool. Getting a taxi can be difficult

Very nice place but bad surprise on costs”
The place is new and very well kept, good location and helpfull staff, equipment up to good standards only drawback the site does not state the hidden charges! If you want to coo k there is a extra charge for the stove and cooking gears of 200 pesos per day, if you waqnt to use the washing machine its also 200 pesos per day. This should be stated on the description of the place it just fallaciously says kitchenette! Transfer to the airport is 1500 pesos which is 50% more than the average limousine costs in Manila (but transfer tarif is stated on the site).

We enjoyed our overnight stay in C Suites. The kitchenette w/ a full size ref, free coffee and tea made us feel at home. The AC and wifi worked and we were so close to all the nice places we wanted to visit in Makati.
