When I booked this hotel through yourselves I thought I was getting a walk in shower but I didn’t as the shower was in the bath and we would have needed a small ladder to climb it as my husband has mobility problems and I’m am 76 and certainly not able to climb a 3 foot high bath to get into the shower the hotel said they would have changed our room but unfortunately I didn’t noticed it until it was to late the staff where amazing as was everything else but disappointment about shower YOUR RUTH Lowry

Amazing views”
Loved our stay. Grounds were tranquil. Views from the Lough bar at sunset were incredible. Delicious breakfast and one of the nicest spas with a tyranium which is a huge sauna with glass window overlooking bay.

Beautiful hotel ”
We stayed in Culloden while visiting Belfast recently and it was amazing. The hotel is located in a beautiful scenic area and the grounds are impeccably well kept. The hotel itself was spectacular and reminded me of Adare Manor. The only downside was the food wasn't great and it was in my opinion borderline poor for a five star hotel. The evening meal was only OK and the breakfast was small -even for someone with a small appetite. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. On a whole I would definitely return, hopefully soon!

Nice but overpriced considering the quality ”
Service in the Cultra Inn and in the Hotel bar for both drinks and breakfast was incredibly slow - e.g. 50mins waiting just to order dinner. Breakfast quality was poor considering the price - many items weren’t available at 10.30am even though breakfast ran until 11am and for the price I would have expected the option of fresh hot breakfast order (e.g. eggs Benedict / fresh poached eggs on toast etc.) as I’ve seen in other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel spa was a really nice area with breath-taking reviews.

Culloden was very disappointing”
For a five star hotel we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. We waited over an hour for breakfast and were brought to our tables during service and not provided with any menus until we asked. We also tried making a cup of coffee in the room before breakfast and the milk had been out of date since March and was all curdled. Staff at reception were pleasant but all in all our experience was very disappointing. They forgot our drinks in the bar aswell.

Above average”
Lovely hotel and grounds however the standard of cleanliness was not acceptable for a luxury hotel. Dirty bathroom, broken shower which took several requests before they were addressed. Also lack of mask wearing by staff was concerning with Omricon everywhere.

Moldy steam room and poor room service”
Two main issues: Firstly, we noted some mold growing in the steam room. Secondly ordering room service - highly disappointed by the quality of food... charged for two pizzas which tasted like cardboard. Definitely not the highlight of our trip and wouldn’t recommend this as a hotel experience.

Early Wake up”
We were very impressed by the Culloden Estate & Spa. Beautiful old house, very nice spa and very good food. Unfortunately we had a 5am wake up from the noisy heating system with pipes heating up which went on for about an hour and then became more intermittent. It may have only effected the area of the hotel we were in (room 504). When asked how our stay was (on check out), we did point this out and also emailed the hotel. We had very little reaction from reception and no response to our email, which is disappointing!

Beautiful views but still near the city”
Our room was very clean. Bed was SOOO comfortable! Flat screen TV was great. Our room was near the spa and despite other wedding guests staying on the same corridor we didn't hear any noise outside of our room. Breakfast was very good too. Decor is simple compared with similarly priced boutique hotels, but still tasteful. Recommended for a romantic weekend.

Classy, Clean, Location Perfect”
This is better than what you hope to get. Spa is modern and fresh, the only reason I have given it 4 stars for cleanliness is the steam room was in need of a deep clean - the walls felts slimy which didnt make you want to stay in there. Everything else was totally spotless and tidy. Ideal place. Latte was £5 which was a bit steep other than that it was perfect. Oh the bed was amazing... will return.

Blown Away!”
This hotel amazed me! The staff was beyond attentive! The grounds were like a meditative retreat! The spa was fantastic! And on and on I could go! Seriously, I have nothing but positive things to say about staying there! I'd send anyone there in a heartbeat!
