A good place to stay”
We had a clean a large room with all you could need for a short stay. The break was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a great location for local amenities and the tube into London and Wembley. Considering the cost of London hotels this one is value for money.

Great location& staff.Rooms average, tiny bathroom”
The hotel was a great location in central Harrow. theres a small car park over the road. However, I stayed in a single room with a tiny single bed which was small but comfy. The bathroom was the width of the toilet which was to the left of the door & the shower to the right. VERY small! I also had a room at the top front of the hotel. This was very noisy with drunken people shouting and cars etc until I finally snoozed off by putting the tv on about 3am. (This was not the hotels fault but a watch if you need a good sleep as I'd hoped for!). I also had people walking up and down the corridor to early hours having full on conversations in the hallway - again not the hotel fault but just to highlight how noisy the hotel can be as you hear every door bang and floorboard sqeak! I had travelled quite far, it was a Friday night so perhaps it's not like this through the week. The staff were great, friendly and I paid for breakfast which was a wide choice and lovely so made up for the evenings antics.

Nothing to complain, we got the best for the price. Close to shopping area, so it's just to go out if you get bored. Good service. The area is not suitable for nightlife. Short distance to train/transport. The hotel is recommended.

Nothing fancy but ok”
Hotel was easy enough to find and 5 mind from the tube, room was a single size was ok, bed was too soft, bathroom mega tiny and the fan was loud. You hear all doors slam in the corridor, so not recommended for light sleepers. First room I was given had a sweaty smell but was given another with no fuss. If you want cheap and no frill then this hotels perfect, but not worth more than £40 a night (double room)

I have stayed at many best western hotels and the only thing letting this one down was the old windows and lack of heating in bathroom and other side of family room. I would stay again. Advice that car park was full on our arrival. Staff are friendly.

Bad complaint handling by staff avoid this place,”
After arriving at hotel late night I was not able to sleep at all due to the room loud noise from passing by vehicles and the shower was burning hot.This was reported to reception desk following morning and shower was fixed but staff was unable to shift me to any other room due to non availability.Basic needs of a hotel is to able to sleep well and have shower/toilet. I believe that hotel management is well aware about these issues and are resorting to unfair trade practices by giving lame excuses.Picture shown is not where you will be.Staff have not been to provide satisfactory response but simply argued that fact that they have mentioned in the details that property is facing busy motor vehicle street and therefore there is nothing wrong.However if they would mention that noise is so loud that one can bearly sleep than no one would stay here anyway. Internet access was also very bad atleast in my room. Avoid this place or have an uncomfortable stay.

Was ok . The room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The Internet connectivity was very fast and break fast was great. The down side was - a drift of cold wind in the room in the thick of winter ! Window couldn't close properly and the heater was not working well.it went on and off.the rooms are not sound proof ..the carpet on the ramp leading to the annex needs to be replaced!

Pleasant, maybe but general improvements required”
Pleasant but the hotel is in need of repair. Paint peeling off walls, threadbare towels, soap/shampoo dispenser too hard to press to get any contents out so take your own, dirty carpet so use your shoes, shower very tight. I didn't eat at the hotel, so other than these comments, the hotel was ok. No extra charge for the internet or parking.

Perfectly ok for a couple of nights, despite tiny bathrooms and rather tired decor. Single rooms vary a bit so it may be worth asking to move if you are not happy with your initial allocation. Plenty of cafes and chain restaurants nearby.

Not too keen on the loft room we were given, also it was a twin room and the beds were divided by a wall, this would have been better allocated to two singles and not a married couple
