the hotel is very nice and clean..staffs were so nice and accommodating.. lobby has a waiting area that facilitates guest with complimentry drinks and snacks while waiting.. I love how the rooms were so spacious.. location of hotel was just around 5min walk to the docking area for the tours..also hotel was nicely located near the restaurants, all were just walking distance..i dont think that we had any bad experience with the hotel.. they also have water dispensers per floor which is a very good thing..the breakfast served to us everyday were very delicious and lots of variety to chose from.. overall stay were 10 out of 10..

Great hotel in El Nido”
The Cuna Hotel was a great place to stay in El Nido. The room we had was clean and modern. The roof deck was fantastic where we could eat or drink and enjoy the view. The pool on the roof deck was also great for the kids to enjoy. The hotel manager Romel was very accommodating made sure our stay was pleasant. The hotel is located in the town centre close to many restaurants and also located close to the port where tours depart from. Full points for this hotel.

It’s a great place to stay. Hotel is always clean and quiet despite of it’s near the busy place in the area. Hotel staff are very accommodating and polite who were all smiling every time. The hotel is also near to restaurants and bars as well as souvenir stores. And the best thing I enjoyed is the view at the restaurant when we ate our breakfast.. It’s really amazing to see look at and enjoy the view. Great place I must say!!!!

Excellent place for El Nido first timers”
It was our first time in El Nido and we were very glad that we chose Cuna Hotel. The place was clean, had good amenities, and the staff were really nice. A few of the things that made us love our stay at Cuna are: 1. Big breakfast. We got the ala carte breakfast and didn’t expect that it will be a big breakfast. Good value for money. 2. Free use of shower even if we already checked out. We checked out at 8am, left our stuff at the hotel and went for Tour C. After the tour, we went back yo the hotel and we were allowed to take a shower which is very very convenient. Thanks, Cuna Hotel. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Our El Nido Stay”
After 6 years, we were back in El Nido and a bit apprehensive due to our past not so good experience with accomodation. However, our stay in Cuna Hotel changed all that. Staff was welcoming and very accomodating and helpful, room was comfortable, cozy but 2 drawbacks were the mosquitos but after staff sprayed , mosquito problem was resolved and the TV with poor signal. Biggest enjoyment of all was the top deck restaurant and pool with views from the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other side. We would recommend Cuna and plan to stay there with friends and family in the future.

I booked the deluxe room with two solo beds with my friend. Pros with excellent rating - Location, Staff, Amenities, Rooftop view (so stunning) , Hotel interior (very chic despite being small). In my entire stay , hot water was available in the shower. Complimentary drinking water (delicious with lemons, cucumber, etc on it) and cookies available at the lobby at all times. The buffet breakfast was decent as well. Rooftop view was super stunning and true as shown in website photos. There was no need to find a better view outside of the hotel. They also have a pool at the rooftop. Staff had the most friendly and helpful faces. Shout out to Ralph and Jem at the lobby , Erich for the room assistance, Tine, Weng and Jon at the rooftop restaurant. They were all amazing. They have an answer to all inquiries and did their best to help their guests. They were also very polite and professional. Location is perfect as well, at the heart of the town proper , walking distance to the pier, and pretty much to all amenities around - pubs, restos, shops , dive shops... CONS - not much choices on the food menu at the restaurant and a bit expensively priced. However, cocktails during happy hour are reasonably priced. Will definitely book again. Thank you Cuna :)

Great Hotel in El Nido”
We were satisfied with this hotel. Location is perfect, our room was clean, breakfast was great! We even have our afternoon snacks and drinks in the lobby, which was appreciated especially from very tiring but fun tour! Staff is great, all were very polite. The only downside is no available soaps during our stay, but all is good!

Outstanding hotel in El Nido!”
Overall a really nice hotel! The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, it was also nice that there was complimentary tea, coffee, cookies at the lobby everyday. There was also hot shower, fast wifi, the location is excellent - near all the nice restaurants and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were also outstanding and fantastic; Very helpful and hospitable. They really trained their staff here well. Will overall recommend!

They went above and beyond”
I am so surprised by their service at Cuna Hotel, the rooms are nice and luxurious, I been to so many hotels and the housekeeping went above and beyond to clean and re organize our items even when it wasn't asked. The view is amazing on the rooftop. Wifi can be choppy in some rooms, in my room only half of the room had wifi. The only con I could probably think about is that breakfast is overpriced for what is given as well as their other foods

Our group of 6 chose Cuna Hotel because of the spectacular view. We are glad we did, because our visit at El Nido has been nothing but great from the island hopping to the hotel. Cuna Hotel's staff were hospitable and so accommodating. Cheers and 5 starts to Cuna Hotel !

Pleasant Stay”
We had a pleasant 4day-stay at Cuna hotel. The hotel still looks new, pretty interiors, nice beds, except there’s no hot water and poor wifi in rooms, which we’re not really bothered by it since u can just hangout in there dining area with an impressive view of limestone cliffs. I couldn’t put everything into words, but the staff made our stay extra special. Very accommodating and attentive up to the tiniest detail. There was one night when most of my dinner choices ran out of order, and the server gave us complimentary watermelon shake as service recovery. It’s not necessary as I wasn’t really disappointed, but it was really a nice touch, to put it simply. Impressive service, indeed. Their rooftop dining ambiance was just perfect we couldn’t get our butts out of their skydeck for 3 nights in a row. When we ran out of water, they’d immediately get us without waiting for us to ask, also offering other options and services. Lovely, lovely stay. Kudos to Cuna team.

Offers one of the Best Views in El Nido”
We were very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the room and amenities! We are particular with the bed and bathroom and we weren't disappointed at all. The bed was so comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. View from their rooftop restaurant was awesome. The price is on the higher end, but would definitely go back just for the view. Another plus from this hotel is its accessibility to restaurants and stores. It is located in the quieter part of El Nido town, so it was very quiet and safe. My only comment would be the breakfast. It was so-so. They cooked the food by batches - by 7am there was not much food left so we had to wait until it was replenished. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely go back!

The staff are very helpful and genuine. I liked our stay because the place is really clean, the staff is very accommodating, and the place is in the perfect spot, kind of secluded but still a few steps away from the shopping and food district. Will definitely check-in here again if I ever go back to El Nido.

Perfect choice”
It was definitely, our best choice. The room had a normal size, but comparing to the other hotels we stayed in Philippines, it was great: clean, modern and cozy. What we loved about it is that we had a dehumidifier and our clothes were dried until the next day. The bar and the pool were great. It was very nice to stay on the evenings on the rooftop and had a drink. We booked room only, but we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. It was a little expensive, but the food was varied, good and tasty. When we arrived, we forgot to ask for shuttle from the airport, but at departure, they offered us free transport (depending on no. of nights we stayed). Final Mark: 10 !
