Exceptional place to stay with a wonderful family”
I could not recommend staying here enough. The family are so lovely and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. They will sort bicycles and motorcycles, recommend places to visit, book trains, bus tickets, taxis - absolutely anything you need they will insist on doing this for you which makes everything really easy and also works out cheaper then what we could find online ourselves. The bungalows are spacious and extremely clean in a great location close to restaurants etc. Breakfast is included in your stay and is good. Excellent value for money and the family really are amazing. For context, one day I was sick and didn't come to breakfast and they knocked on my door in the evening to check if I was okay. They also gave us water and snacks for our journey to the next place. They really do care and really want to look after their guests.

I definitely recommend this Homestay without hesitation for all those main reasons: -first, the family has been so kind with us. I was sick and they helped me without expecting anything in return. -second, their bungalow is really comfortable, renovated and clean. There is ac, fan, hair dryer, clean shower, it was perfect. -third, their location is great, at 200m from Tam Coc boat cruise, located in small street just being the main one with all best restaurants of the area. -the service : they provide everything you need : motorbikes, bicycles, train or bus booking for the next destination I strongly recommend you this Homestay!

Lovely little accommodation with the nicest staff”
We really loved the staff from the moment we checked in, they were so helpful with all our questions about getting to other cities, and can book for you if needed too. We rented motorbikes from them as well, which was handy as they were flexible with the time of return and using it from 5am (we are early risers and explorers). Amazing banana pancakes for breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms with branded toiletries which is a change from the rest of Vietnam! A lovely little dining area above a riverbed as well which is beautiful and a nice chill spot too. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The most welcoming homestay ”
The family was so kind, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We were only supposed to stay in Tam Coc for 1 night, then we traveled to Hanoi the next day, both my brother and I love the host/homestay so much we decided to change our itinerary and return to Tam Coc just because of them... that's how much we love the homestay!

5 Day Tam Coc Stay”
The staff here had a smile on their face non-stop and it was so nice to see. The room and bathroom were bigger than we expected and spacious. Breakfast was really nice and filled us up every morning ready for the day. The grounds are really nice and as it is set back it is calm. There was a lot of building work going on nearby which did wake us up in the morning but this is not the fault of this homestay

Friendly staff, welcome at any time and good price”
The staff was the best we almost had during our stay in Vietnam. We arrived at 6 a.m. and we already were able to get in the room. You can book bus tickets there and rent a motorbike for really cheap. Breakfast was a lot, pancakes and bread with an omelet + a juice and fruit. We checked out in the morning, but were able to be in the room till we wanted that day without other costs. The homestay is really quite, which is good to relax and they even have airconditing in the garden. Families, couples, I would everyone recommend to go there if you want to relax but still want to be nearby the facilities.

It was ok, really nothing special but perfect if you stay only few nights. The room is basic but very clean. The family does not speak English so communication was a bit difficult but if you dont have too much requests then it should be fine. Breakfast was also served and was delicious, no coffee though but I dont know maybe we should have asked for it specifically.

The family was so sweet. Even if they don’t speak English (except one man), they did everything to help and host you so well. Room is big, clean. The breakfast was great (slightly different everyday). Swimming pool to enjoy after visits. And also bicycles and scooters to rent. We felt good here. No tv in the room, but for us, it was a plus.

Fantastic Bungalow ”
Comfortable spacious room with large bathroom set around a nice garden/courtyard common area. Swimming pool is big - looks great for kids as has shallow area. Family extremely professional and friendly - more than happy to provide a few extra things I needed in the room. Breakfast was good. Family can organize taxi and onward buses etc. Fantastic value for money and a very comfortable stay.
