Perfect stay in Hoi An”
We had a great stay at Cuong Thinh Homestay. The location is next to the night market and only 5 minutes by walk to the old city. Nevertheless the location was really quite. The room was clean and fully equipped with fans and A/C, fridge and toiletries. Moreover the breakfast was really delicious for reasonable prices. They have a variety of tipical Hoi An meals. The atmosphere is familiar. The whole family was so kind and helpful in every situation. Thank you for this perfect stay with you.

The hotel was in a prime position. Lovely and clean and the family were perfect. They organised bikes, booked flights and nothing was too much trouble for them. Always happy and ready to help! The whole family were so lovely and even gave us a leaving gift. The rooms were lovely and spacious, air con and fans worked really well. Cannot fault this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay there. The family was really lovely and helpful. They also have a booking tour company if you want to book the eco tour or whatever. The room was spatious and so was the bathroom. Only down side is the shower didn't have hot water or barely any. TV in the room and mini fridge. They changed our towel and the sheet while we were there. The location is perfect. Next to the old town. Would definitely recommend.

We got so much for the little we payed. It is a very lovely family that owns a small Homestsy just around the corner of the night market and the old time. It takes only a few minutes walk to get there. We got a nice small room with own bathroom for the 2 of us. We would definitiv come back here.

The owner, Auntie Cuong is nice. Even though her English is limited, she still communicates well. She helped us with booking our Cham Island Tour and called a taxi for us to Da Nang. She also serves good food.

Absolutely very good location. Nearby night market and old town. But just outside mainstreets so you can sleep very peacefully. Room (private room) was nice and clean, good hot water shower, airco, fan and wifi. Owners very nice and helpfull. Their daughter even brought me to and take me back from the doctor. You’ll have a very nice time here 👍🏻

A homestay kind of stay. Necessary items are prepared for guest. Location is near to japenese bridge which is main attraction in hoi an and night with night market. Location is quiet as it face opposite side of night market. If you are on tight budget this is good place for you.

Bearable for the price”
Room was really musty and smelled of damp. This was something to be endured, this wasn't helped by the fact that there were no windows that one could open to the outside - a psuedo- window existed. Otherwise the place was okay.
