Took of a few stars because of the small dining area and also the fact that one portion of the ceiling in the bathroom in my room had sagged. Very close to the underground and a bus stop. Easy to get around and quite safe area. Loved it. Will most likely return if I'm visiting London again.

pleasant stay ”

It was a pleasant surprise to us that the family quad room was bigger than expected with newly renovated attached toilet for the price. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located not too far away from tube station and eateries. We were just staying for a short night of layover transit and we didn't have any complaint about this hotel. All in all we had a pleasant stay and we recommend this for budget travelers.

Nice and clean”

I stayed in the 5 bed female-only dorm room. There were 5 beds in the room (no bunk beds), so there were not a lot of space for your luggage. There is a sink in the room which is convenient. The beds themselves were comfortable. The sheets and pillow cases were placed on top of the blanket so you have to make the bed when you get there. The breakfast was nice and the internet was fast.

Room was spacious, but no amenities at all except for hand soap. For the price, it is value for money.

I had a great stay at the hotel. But all the reviews about the stairs weren't wrong - you have to be fit to make it to your bedroom if you are on the top floor like I was

The receptionist is friendly and smiley. There is no elevator in this hotel so be prepared to lift and carry your heavy suitcases up stairs, just like what we did. This hotel is literally very old and is in need of renovation. The wooden staircase is squeaky and its handrail is shaky. Our room is small but clean. The shared bathroom in our level is a nightmare. The bathroom itself is small and the showerhead is broken. Water is sprayed here and there. We use the shared bathroom from other level after our first night. Simple breakfast is provided after 8am during weekdays. The dining room is too small to accommodate all guests.

good location, it takes 5 min walk to underground station, staff are helpful,cheap price and breakfast included but the room and bathroom are not very clean

Do not book here! The place is a complete dump!! I checked in and as soon as I got the keys and saw the room I checked out straight away! I didnt even stay! I spent more money on another hotel and an Uber and received no refund even though I was only there 5 minutes! The state of the place was appalling! Depressing and filthy and smelled of mould! They were painting the hallway so the whole place looked like it was under construction and there was a strong paint odour, VERY depressing. (They stored my bag behind the desk for 2 hours before check in / before I saw the room so they said no to a refund!) not good enough! this place needs to be visited by the health inspectors!

Hotel con muy mal olor y descuidado ”

El hotel olía fatal, como a mucho polvo acumulado, la puerta de la habitación que daba a una terraza estaba rota no cerraba bien, al menos funcionaba bien la calefacción. Las camas se hundían mucho, amanecías con dolor de espalda. El desayuno era muy escaso, ponían 1 botella de leche en la mesa, kiwis plátanos y mandarinas, pan de molde y unos cereales. Algo bueno: baños limpios y situación del hotel Algo muy malo: a mi marido le robaron el reloj... y tanto el personal del hotel como la dirección no nos dieron solución alguna, excusándose en que las cosas de valor hay que guardarlas en caja fuerte cuando el hotel ni si quiera tiene para ofrecer, así como hojas de reclamaciones. Nos tocó denunciarlo en comisaría, donde encontramos un police officer muy profesional que llamo al dueño y personal preocupado y pidiendo explicaciones. Así conseguimos nos devolverán al menos 50£ Que no fue ni la mitad del reloj, pero al menos fue algo. Nunca volveremos aquí No lo recomiendo
